It’s okay. Pricey. And they didn’t have jerk chicken when I went… Kind of the entire point :(.

This place is in a spot that would be easily missed. How sad! They have the best Authentic Jamaican patties! I honeymooned in Jamaica and these are just like the ones we had in the island. They do have a CC limit so bring cash just in case. So good, you must try it!

If you can’t get full here you have a tapeworm. Portions are large. And I’m fat. Service was borderline rude. I thanked waitress as she placed the food on the table. I got a Neanderthal grunt in return. Ordering for my companion received similar cold shoulder treatment. Food was decent. I won’t be back, but that’s because I don’t financially support businesses that show they don’t appreciate my patronage. Attitude was a 2 star dock.

Holy Bilbo Baggins this place is fantastic. I came in on a Sunday afternoon. Church music playing, and there were quite a few people there for lunch. The jerk chicken was flavorful and spicy, but the spice wasn’t overwhelming. I ordered a fruit punch. You know a place is bad ass and a legit Jamaican restaurant when they don’t even ask if you want rum in your punch.

One of my favorite Caribbean spots in the Tampa Bay! I am pretty basic – i always get the Jerk Chicken dinner. And it is always amazing. The portions on the Small dinner are enough to enjoy in the moment and still have some for later. The chicken is seasoned so perfectly… spicy how i like it! The rice and peas with vegetables make the perfect combination. Definitely a hidden gem in the ‘Burg.

Usually the curry shrimp, rice and peas plus cabbage is good(rationale for 3 stars); however, the business hours aren’t consistent with what’s posted on their storefront windows or what is posted on (rationale for not receiving a 5 stars). Yesterday(10÷6÷15) their business hours state to 10 pm but they were closed at 9 pm. Moments ago(10÷7÷155:40 pm), the electricity/power was off and can’t take any orders for pickup.

I am a fan of this restaurant! It’s extremely authentic and scrumptious. I had a beef patty that was good stuff. It wasn’t overly soggy or greasy, but crisp and wonderful. Their jerk chicken plate was also awesome. The sweet plantains were AMAZING. I loved the hush puppy, the rice, and the veggies, too. On top of everything else, the décor was very island-esque. Our waitress was very attentive and nice. While this place is a bit out there, I am perfectly willing to drive back to it for some more Jamaican goodness.

By far the worst Caribbean food we have ever bought at a restaurant. We ordered curry goat. It tasted like curry flavored water poured over boiled goat meat. The meat was extremely bland with no seasoning and the rice was mushy. Authentic Jamaican curry is supposed to be a gravy consistency. Couldn’t even eat it. Threw it out to the dog and she smelled it and walked away. This place is a total farce to Jamaican and Caribbean cuisine. Don’t waste your money. Wish I could give it a minus one star!

Food is good. Weird location. Vibe of being by family for dinner with cousins and grandma cooking in the kitchen. When I don’t feel like cooking Sunday dinner, I come here.

Authentic Jamaican food! Ordered the oxtail. Amazing! One of the best dishes I have ever eaten. Jerk chicken was good also! I highly recommend it.

I ordered a simple meal that I’ve eaten throughout all of my Caribbean-American childhood: curry chicken and roti. I was mostly disappointed. The serving size of the meat and veggies was large but the food was unimpressive. The curry chicken was bland, it seemed like they watered down the curry sauce. The roti was too thick. It was really chewy and obviously not fresh. I was excited to see a Caribbean restaurant in the area but was ultimately disappointed.

Excellent food, family operated friendly staff… great ethnic atmosphere! I felt like i was in Jamaica. We stopped by Miller’s in St. Petersburg, but they did not have seating. My family had the delicious meat pies, curry goat, and curry chicken… oh and a combo of jerk chicken and curry goat. Excellent place if you are craving Jamaican food. Their 22 year in business anniversary is coming up.

Very authentic jamaican food. Actual jamaicans working in kitchen and at counter who provide good service. Fun food to try!

This is the only place that I know of in town that serves curry goat which is, to me, always good. I also had ox tail which I like but the quality varies. Same goes for the roti.
