Pizza Hut

Usually they get my order right and deliver pretty quickly. Have been ordering from this location for 10 yrs

This Pizza Hut is very friendly and has good employers they are very friendly and the food came fast.

So, after 2 hours and twenty minutes after paying for our delivery by credit card, I call. They say, oh… our guy came back. Our condo is 4 miles away. Then they offered to bring our now 3 hour old pizza back in 58 minutes. Ugh, never again.

I would have given this location 4 stars without hesitation! We were celebrating my son’s birthday and he wanted a cheese bite pizza with pepperoni on it. He went online & ordered 2 pepperoni cheese bite pizza, & a regular the works pizza. It was under $ 40 dollars for all 3. So price I thought was fantastic. We arrive and the employees we encountered we friendly and courteous. Just very pleasant.
Here’s the reason for the 1 star. The 2 cheese bite pizzas had no pepperoni on them. They were just cheese. My son explained he ordered online and had already pulled up his order to show them the pizzas should have pepperoni on it. The gentleman who helped us which was the cashier at the time immediately tried to make it right. If we could just wait for 12 minutes. I thought not a problem. When the pizzas all came back out (yes they even took the work pizza so it would be hot when the other 2 got done). We were shown them and my son was very happy. Once home, my son grabs a piece of the cheese bite pizza. ALL the pepperoni just fell off!!!
When they took the pizzas back originally all they did was throw some pepperoni on them. I was enraged! «Own your mistake & make it right.» is what I want to tell them. I mean would whoever’s brilliant idea it was to just throw peppeoni on them do that to their own friend or family member. I don’t think so. My son was embarrassed, my family refused to eat any of the pizza. I will not say my son’s birthday was ruined. It was not. DINNER WAS!!!
I will never go back to that store & I will definitely tell everyone one I know how they «made right» a mistake they made!!!
