Mansion House Bed & Breakfast

If you are looking for a quaint B&B this is not it. Our experience was completely ruined by the poor management. There is minimal parking available and it is difficult to find street parking. The breakfast is not included in the room rate but no matter because no one in management is awake or present before 9 am anyway. Not only did they mess up our room rate but our reservation was for 2 nights but they had us down for one. They informed me of this while I was at a meeting and unable to come grab my belongings. They even threatened to have housekeeping remove my things for me! Eventually got it worked out but they were unapologetic at their mistake or how it was handled. Just said I was lucky they had a cancellation so I could stay lol. Although this place is owned by Ponce de Leon resort they have young 20 something kids running the place who obviously have zero training or experience in a hospitality business. I would avoid this place at all costs until they get their act together. I rate zero stars on this one.

I was told that I would lose my reservation if I didn’t give my credit card information over the phone. When I told them that I was already in town and would be in to provide the information, I was told that was unacceptable.
