It’s refreshing to deal with a company whose honest and does what they promise. My husband called them yesterday b/​c our AC was not blowing cool air. Patrick showed up within an hr to assess the problem. It turns out we had a problem with the compressor. Patrick checked to see if it was still under warranty (thank God it was) n fixed the issue today. He called (like he said he would) to check my availability and actually started working an hr before scheduled since he finished early on the jobs scheduled before mine. He worked efficiently, fixed the problem and explained everything he did. Will definitely refer family n friends to Forest Air.

VETERANS Please read this. Today, May 4, 2016 I was on 66^th St. in Pinellas Park going to lunch around 1:30 p.m. It was pouring rain. Even in the pouring rain, I drive pretty quick *and* I do something unusual for Florida. I use my turn signal. Additionally I have a plate on my car that says «Veteran.» So as I was moving along at a good clip, I signaled and turned right into the parking lot of the restaurant I was going to. But behind me was a maniac from Forest Air Conditioning and Heating (driving one of their vans). He was driving like such a nut job, and was just furious that I had the audacity to slow his maniac driving down to make a right hand turn (with a signal) into a parking area. So with my veteran tags the maniac driving their van honked long and loud and acted like one of those road rage idiots you hear about. But this guy was such an idiot he was driving the company van and honked like that at a Veteran. That is who you are going to be dealing with at this company. That maniac. I called the company immediately and spoke to Kimberly who was very polite and very apologetic and said she would definitely talk to him. But it’s not Kim who goes on service calls. It’s a road rage maniac who honks at Veterans. People need to know this.

Called at 0800. Repairman Patrick (Irish fellow, most competent and friendly) at my house at 0930.
Diagnosed repaired inspected and cleaned and gladly paid him $ 300 Done in 90 minutes.
Great place. Hope to not need AC work. But here is where I’ll go if required.

I would echo Karen T.‘s review. Honest, affordable, professionally installed by Chris and his crew. They took extra precautions not to repeat mistakes of previous air conditioning firm we hired and took time to explain features and answered our questions. Thorough job well done, including communication with office. Highly recommend!

This company provided everything one could hope for. They were honest and affordable. They worked hard and did the job with quality. They were friendly and cleaned up behind themselves. I confidently recommend Forest.
