Great location. They have all the best workers who used to work at the 34th Ave DD-​including Chris and Nicole.

Went for donuts. Very disappointed. They did not seem fresh with a limited selection. Come to find out they don’t make their donuts on premises. Saw a commercial for Halloween themed dozen. Non existent. Won’t be visiting dunkin donuts again.

Worst service and poorly trained staff of all the locations. Never less than a 5 minute wait or a wrong order served if no wait. Franchise owner needs help from corporate!

Just refused to accept a $ 5 bill. I repeat a $ 5 bill because his «machine» wouldn’t read it…
A $ 5 bill… I ordered a $ 1.06 iced coffee and was refused service because he didn’t think my $ 5 was real.
I have more cash on me, but based on the stupidity of that fact that it would cost more to counterfeit a $ 5 bill than it’s worth… I give up DD you guys have no consistency between your stores. It’s a mess.

I have been to this location twice in the last month and both times I sat at the drive thru for several minutes with no response from the employees, no cars in the drive thru except me. Both times I left and went to a different location. Unacceptable!

Service was quick and workers were very friendly.
They have a drive thru which is very convenient and easy to access from 22nd avenue.
I appreciated their speed and accuracy on my order.
The only downfall and dislike is their charge for a small cup of ice water. The lady apologized and told me it would be 15 cents, but couldn’t provide a receipt for it. I won’t be coming back for this reason. Seems sketchy when other locations don’t have an issue offering water for free. Thankfully it’s not the location by my house so it’s not one I’ll miss out on.
