DO NOT MOVE HERE! IT’S A SCAM! I havent lived in this shithole for THREE years when one day the world’s rudest lady gives me a surprise call telling me that my roommates and I owe 1,000+ dollars on our old apartment. None of the fees she was explaining made any sense. We left that apartment spotless. She mentioned that we didn’t tell the front office that we were moving out the «proper» way, even though my roommate went in and told the front office we were moving out. The lady in the front said thank you and that she took care of everything. Apparently, a letter written on our behalf is what was needed. Of course NO ONE mentioned this to us at the time. So THREE years later that letter cost us $ 600. Not doing a final walk throught with a staff member $ 400, of course no one told us that was required either. Did I mention we haven’t lived there in THREE years? Are they this desparate for people’s money? DO NOT MOVE HERE
