All of the doctors were great. Everything was explained to me before hand, and they had good bedside manner. I would use them again for future procedures.

Horrible Experience and Negligent Care!
I had read incredible reviews on this clinic and maybe it was just the doctor that was assigned to us? My son had been ill for several months when we decided to enlist this clinic. After an office visit, we spent the day in the Children’s Hospital ER for a day because of test the doctor had ordered. She never followed up with us. When I called her nurse was extremely rude. Another doctor then presribed some tests — still no follow-​up. We had to call the clinic. After this dragged on for a month and a half and my son’s symptoms worsened we booked a second opinion at the Mayo Clinic. When we were finally able to get an appointment with Dr. Erickson, she was aloof and seemed unalarmed by our son’s weight loss. Upon mentioning we were getting a second opinion at the Mayo Clinic — SHE WALKED OUT ON US, in front of my nine year old son! AND we were chardged for her negligence.
The Mayo Clinic figured out what was going on in 3 hours! Mn. Gastro suggested we do more tests?
Please be cautious reading online reviews — I was misguided when I read hers! Thank goodness for the Mayo Clinic!

If you ever have to be referred to a specialist for any of the spectrum of specialties that they deal with at this office; ask to be referred here.
The office is beautiful. Design wise. The exam rooms are clean and well decorated as well as the waiting room with the eye catching lighting, dwell magazines and beverage station.
The front desk staff was caring and helpful. I like that they give you a reminder call, send you out your forms prior which is very efficient and seems to take a genuine interest in their clientele.
My nursing assistant was excellent. So caring and personable. It felt like dealing with a friend versus a rushed nurse, MA wanting to get you in and out. She told me I would like my provider and I did.
My Dr– Sweet as can be! So knowledgeable, gentle and compassionate. He answered many of my questions and confirmed that they were good questions. He had a wonderful demeanor. I didn’t feel as though I was being rushed through.
Visit to the lab was quick and easy.
On the wall it said, «Did we exceed your expectations». Clearly the answer is Yes.
I have worked in several facets of health care and am still pleasantly surprised when I’m on the patient end of it. I’m more than happy to recommend people and organizations that are truly a credit to their profession.
Location is easy to get to with plenty of free parking.
