Horrible experience with this clinic. Ended up having additional problems due to their negligence and lack of training. Will never be returning. They have no business calling themselves doctors.

They use external vendors to screen tests and do not forward on insurance information to those parties nor do the inform patients that these additional parties are being used to review the data collected. While it is fine that they use an external screening service it would be nice if they passed along insurance information so that their customers do not wonder why they are receiving bills from some (what looked like a bogus) company they have never heard of or visited. They should take care of all billing themselves since the external companies they do use can take almost 6 months to send a bill out when you think everything has been paid. This was very disappointing. This took about 3 months to straighten out.

If I could give this place zero starts, i would. The primary care doctors are fine, the OB clinic is irresponsible. Due to their negligence I ended up taking a category X drug while pregnant, which was totally preventable. I have since learned that a pregnancy test is standard before prescribing that medication, but they didn’t do one.
Also, their office/​referral staff is utterly incompetent. EVERY referral I’ve ever had to have sent in by them has been botched majorly, despite repeated emails I’ve sent through their online communication system with process, links to the forms, phone numbers, etc. Apparently they can’t be bothered to put it in a file for next time, because they act shocked EVERY SINGLE TIME when I have to call and straighten it out. I’ve even been asked to fill out forms and contact the insurance company myself for issues that are obviously not the patient’s responsibility.
DO NOT GO HERE!!!

I think this is the best clinic. I never wait more than a few minutes. There are always magazines and coffee waiting for me. Also, I like going to the doctor when I approve of the building’s décor. For example, the lighting is good. They have nice chairs and paintings on the walls. Hey, I notice that kinda stuff! There is nothing worse than going to the doctor, surrounded by nasty furniture and headache inducing lighting.
I can usually get an appointment if I the clinic directly. Even the front desk staff is friendly and helpful. Since I am a receptionist, I notice that too.
