McDonald’s

We went here to eat a cheap, fast dinner and that is not how it went. We got 4 things and it cost us about
$ 35. In the time it took to get our food (about 40 min) we could have eaten at a sit down restaurant

Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! 4 years of going to this place off and on and always the same results. Can’t handle the simplest of orders! And these people want to raise the minimum raise when they can’t even figure out anything other than «I’ll take a number 4»? I am also in the service industry and it is embarrassing to someone like myself who goes the extra mile every day to make sure customers are happy and to have these employees who could care less about their job or even TRYING to do their job. It is pathetic and frustrating. I won’t even go to this location anymore… my wife goes there and was there today and the simplest of orders was a disaster. Not all McDonalds are like this one of course… this one is the absolute worst restaurant-​fast food or fine dining I have ever been to in my life. Everything comes from the top down as we know, so upper management could care less about customer satisfaction or about having their employees do their job well. This is my first ever complaint on something like this and I go to lots of different restaurants, so not that my opinion matters more than anyone else’s, but it should tell you a little bit about this restaurant.

McDonalds is pretty much the same everywhere. This one is in the neighborhood so it’s my go to. I’ve never had to wait more than a couple minutes.

Don’t ever come here. My chicken sandwich was overcooked and dry, my fries were barely warm, the ketchup dispenser exploded all over me, and when I asked for ketchup packets the ones they gave me were sticky and discolored and I didn’t want to touch them.

The service at this McDonalds location is among the worst I have ever had at a McDonalds. It has been like this for at least the past 8 years, and I have given up hope that it will improve.

Slow, Slow, Slow service. No management, the kids that work there don’t know what there doing. Then you watch them make your food not wearing gloves, even managers. Overall a bad McDs

How hard is it to fulfill a Cheeseburger Happy Meal with white milk? Well, let me tell you. So I order my food and pay at window one. They were more then happy to take my money. Then I went to window 2. They gave me my food and pushed me along. Well, we looked in the bag first. We were missing 1 happy meal and we had an extra cheeseburger and a white milk which I later found out was not for my other
happy meal, but I paid extra for.
I told them I needed my happy meal for the kid regardless of their screw up at taking my order. They had me pull off to the side. After waiting a bit, they came out with it and asked me for the money to pay for it. What? Um okay, here’s some cash. My wife told me to just drop it, and not go in. I ended up paying for an extra milk and cheeseburger. I can’t tell you how much I wanted to march right in there and chew that manager out. They’re lucky my wife was with.

Pretty average Mc Donalds. Layout is a little older and has it has been remodeled inside within the last 15 years but is not like the fancy new ones. Food is what you expect from Mc Donalds. Almost always some cars in the drive thru but rarely a really long wait.
