Bryn, the owner of this U-​Haul location, was on duty when we came in to pick up our van. He was rude and brusque and treated us like he couldn’t be bothered to offer us the service we had paid for. He was also condescending and treated us like idiots, even though he was the one who clearly had gotten up on the wrong side of the bed. When we do business with U-​Haul again, we will do our best to avoid having to deal with this man.
