One of our favorite Caribou’s. Great staff, consistant quality of Mochas. Sometimes they forget the chocolate coffee bean on top, but usually make up with 2 – 3 when we remind them. Good trivia questions to get 10 cents off.
Only bummer is the parking lot of the mall shared with Lunds & several other Highland Park destination shops. Therefore can be hard to get a spot at peak times (especially 3−6pm).

What can I say… it’s a Caribou. Pretty spacious inside, and I’ve never seen it overly busy, although I’ve only been there on weekday afternoons (usually Fridays). Given my tendencies to seek out coffeeshops to sit in while I work on my laptop using the free WiFi, my general thumbs-​up is primarily based on the fact that it satisfies in that regard. Quiet enough, comfortable enough, and the coffee is good enough.

Same Great Caribou Coffee Same great price. I went there alot while I was at ST. Thomas always clean and neat and staff was always very nice.
