Easily the most consistently poor service and poor attention to quality out of any Burger King I’ve ever been to. Unfortunately it is also the one closest to my office.
Last visit I stopped in with my daughter on our way to a movie. The guy taking orders was clueless and downright rude to an older oriental couple who were having trouble expressing their order in English. I could clearly hear what they wanted and even helped out a couple of times but the employee was visibly annoyed and had no patience.
Our simple order of a chicken sandwich and a double cheeseburger with 2 orders of fries took TWENTY THREE MINUTES to get filled. We were now late for the movie and had to take it to go. 23 minutes for a simple order at 3:30 on a weekday afternoon.
And NEVER order anything with lettuce at this location — they must store their lettuce in used mop bucket water — it is ALWAYS limp, ugly and slimy.
