I used them for a move in September 2013. They scratched the dining room table, then had it redone (wrong color), and then when they fixed it the second time (good work), they had the wrong legs (11 inches too short). They now want nothing to do with us, and have even ignored the Better Business Bureau. I would never recommend them to touch any of my items.
If it was up to me, they would receive no stars.

Movers were very hard-​working, pleasant, and professional. Team leader was same for packing and moving; he was professional and easy to work with, very helpful. No noticeable damage; furniture very well wrapped and prepared, china extremely well packed with no breakage

It was by far the best experience we could have had. My only complaint is that they were early, and we weren‘t fully packed. That was our fault and not theirs. The movers were fast and very professional. The cost was a little less than we expected too. Overall, we are very satisfied and have already referred a lot of people to them.
