My fiancé and I chose to go to this location instead of Maple Grove, since it was closer, but I wish we’d used to gas to go to a shop we had experience with. We did an online order for pick up and arrived early(actually while they were working on our order). We told them no rush, we knew we were early, because of local road construction, navigation around where we live gets complicated so we always leave early. I got the Thank You Turkey special and my fiancé ordered a meatball sub. We both also ordered chips and drinks. The two guys working there seemed really green, and I know this is a newer location but it seemed like someone left two inexperienced guys there to tend the shop. It was a good thing we checked the bag before we pulled out of the parking lot as they had forgotten the chips. My sub turned out pretty good, it was warm and tasty and as advertised. However, the meatballs in my fiancé’s sub were lukewarm at best and just sort of mushed into the sandwich haphazardly, so he had to open the sub and rearrange them himself. Not really what you want to do when you just wanna eat. We’ve been regulars at the Maple Grove location and, quite frankly, we expect much better of Which Wich. Perhaps some better training and making sure a more experienced person is on site could help things, but right now I honestly can’t give more than two stars. I expect this quality out of certain shops, but not Which Wich. Very disappointing.

To me Which Wich is kind of a hybrid between Subway, Jimmy John’s, and Firehouse Subs. Which Wich builds off of Subway’s concept where one can build his/her own sandwich in an atmosphere that reminds one of Subway because of yellow tones utilized in their layout, however, it does not look as cheap as Subway and is somewhat cleaner(although I had to wipe off the table where I was sitting at once. The nexus between Which Wich and Jimmy John’s is that their products are fresh and of higher quality than Subway and Arby’s. Had the meatball and it was much better than Subway’s and Firehouse and the bun is superior to ALL their competitors. The last visit I tried the Chicken Salad which was outstanding(actually I was surprised because I didn’t expect the sandwich to be that good and the ONLY mistake I made was that I should have put bacon on it.) Finally Which Wich has an array of hot sandwiches which rival Firehouse Subs. Besides having to sit at a dirty table the only other negative I have is their price which is the most expensive($ 6 to $ 12 for sandwiches without toppings). A lunch could easily near $ 16 to 20.

Food is good but not worth the wait and lack of acknowledgment that people have been waiting for 30+ minutes for«fast food»

Which Wich is now open! I don’t know how I feel about this place. Let’s walk through it together. Compare to: Potbelly Point of Difference(s): House made chips, You fill out your order on brown paper bag then pay and wait for your sandwich, TV’s Things I loved: Caramelized onions! soft bread, option to have an «unwich» like jimmy johns Things that weren’t my fave: it takes a while and it seems odd to have to fill out my order on a bag Overall experience: We went around noon on a Saturday– it wasn’t crazy busy, but it was buzzing. I walked up to the counter to order and was redirected to a sandwich station with red sharpies and brown paper bags where you create a sandwich order. After seeing all the options on the bag — that was almost worse because I couldn’t make up my mind on what I wanted. After I narrowed it down to a chicken sandwich with bacon, lettuce and light mayo I took the bag up to the counter. You have to pay extra for bacon, extra meat, etc. I decided no big deal it would be worth it. Paid and waited for my sandwich. They had the Iowa State vs. Baylor game on one TV and cnn on the other. Sat closest to the game and watched that while we waited and ate. They forgot my bacon on my sandwich, but didn’t forget to charge me for it. Ironically when we were ordering originally another woman came back in and told them they forgot her bacon also. I didn’t say something but I probably should have. Overall the sandwich was good — maybe slightly better than Potbelly. but super similar. The house chips weren’t my favorite but I think the majority of ppl would like them. They are basically ruffle-esq chips with lemon, salt and pepper. Atmosphere was good and the it seemed really clean and modern which I liked. Overall a good experience. The staff was really friendly too, which is huge for me!

This is a little sandwich deli, not unlike a Subways or a Potbelly, so I wasn’t expecting much but I was actually quite impressed. Walking in, there’s a huge menu with tons of different sandwiches, categorized by all the different types of meats. It’s quick, simple, and easy to distinguish and find the type of sandwich that you would enjoy most. Not only do they have a HUGE selection, but they also have very unique sandwiches that aren’t available at other fast food sandwich restaurants(such as reuben which seemed to be quite popular– a corn beef sandwich with sauerkraut). After finding the sandwich you want, you grab a paper bag, according to the sandwich type that you want(which is organized very clearly into different meat sections). So if you decided to get one of their turkey sandwiches, you choose a turkey bag, «X» the sandwich type you want, and then choose from your huge selection of cheeses and toppings. Their toppings were more unique than other restaurants as well. They had the typical lettuce, tomatoes, etc. but they also had hummus, various pepper mixes, crispy onion rings, caramelized onions, etc. You can choose between a 7 inch($ 6), a 10.5 inch($ 9), or a 14 inch($ 12) which is more on the pricier side. You can also opt for a lettuce wrap, or a bowl option without the bread or a skinny wich where they scoop out the middle of the bread to cut down on carbs. However, unlike other sandwich places, they have a smaller variety of bread choices: only white or wheat. I got the beef cheese steak which turned out great! My boyfriend also really enjoyed his ham and bacon sandwich. You can also choose between a hot or cold sandwich. Aside from the awesome sandwich options, the service was awesome! The staff made a very active effort to make sure customers were comfortable and satisfied. Upon entrance, my boyfriend and I stood in front of the menu for awhile and the staff member walked directly to us from behind the counter and kindly asked us if this was our first time there and guided us through what to do, asking if we had any questions. After placing our order, we received our sandwiches in a short amount of time. Unlike other fast food restaurants where staff just leave you alone after you get your food, the cashier approached us and asked us how we were enjoying our food. Which Wich offers your money back or a replacement sandwich if you are not satisfied with your option. She also made an active effort to greet everyone who entered and wished each customer a great day while leaving. Last but not least, the restaurant was very clean and well put together. The staff seemed to always be busy. If there weren’t any customers, instead of just standing around, they were cleaning the floors or restocking the chips, straws, and cups. Overall, it just seemed that the staff made a very active effort to maintain the appearance of their fast food chain. Wonderful work, I’m impressed!

Great sandwiches and concept. Not like other sub places. I found my new sub shop.

This location is new, stopped by today to try it out. So the way it works is that you choose the sandwich, toppings, etc., that you want and mark all your options on a brown paper bag which they use as guide to assemble your sandwich. Kind of a unique process, and one that seems to work pretty well. The food was good, however, what blew me away here was the customer service. It was TOPNOTCH, for sure. I’ll definitely be back. Keep in mind that the parking spaces right in front of the building have a 15 minute limit.

Wow crazy. Just blown away. I went into this which wich for my first time not knowing what to expect. I had heard many good things about this restaurant so I was intrigued. I walked in and was a little confused, but Mimi came and helped me out with showing me how the whole thing works. I ended up meeting the manager on duty while my sandwich was being made and he treated me for lunch. The customer service of all the other employees was excellent. I thanked all of them at the end. The food was outstanding as I sit here on my couch enjoying this. Very clean place as well. Will definitely be back next week.

Who knew angels worked at Which Wich because one swooped in to help me when I wandered into one for the first time on my half hour lunch break. I was overwhelmed by the gigantic board on the wall, but Bri explained and walked me through the process. So here it is, you pick the brown sandwich bag correlating to the meat you want in your sandwich. With a red Sharpie, you mark which ingredients you want on the bag. You want pepper jack cheese? Mark it. Hummus spread? Mark it. Honey mustard? Dijon? Mark it down! I went to town with that red marker. After I was done, I wrote my name at the bottom of the bag and gave it to Bri. She rang me up and said to pick up my sub at the end of the counter whenever the staff was finished making it. I took a seat and waited. Waited and waited some more. It was about ten minutes. I saw a worker approach me and thought he had my sub. Nah, I was mistaken. He said there was an issue with my sub so they had to remake it. He offered me a cookie or a bag of chips. I took the cookie, because free cookie, hellz yeah. A few minutes later, Bri asked if she could get me anything but i declined. Anyway, my sub came out shortly after. I took it and drove back to work because I had seven minutes left on my break. After I got back to work, I had a few minutes so I stuffed my face with that sub as much as I could. It was delicious and everything I wanted in a sub. Thanks for your help, Bri!
