The sub is very good although it should be called a hero. I had the roast beef and provolone. The service is very much like a Subway, where you select your toppings, bread, etc. The difference is the bread. It’s much. much better than that tempurpedic foam stuff that Subway serves you. I was not happy with the price though. A giant sub and soda was over $ 16. What’s going on here in St. Louis Park? Is this some kind of elite neighborhood? It doesn’t look like one.

First time here. I like that they cut the meat fresh. But would like it a bit thicker. Not shaved. A bit pricey for me.

Horrible experience!!! Ordered 4 party boxes for a wedding party lunch before the big reception. Anyway, I ordered the sandwiches 5 days before the event. They took my name, number, and email… my event finally got her but no sandwiches. I called in and I guess they forgot to enter my info in the computer. Really wasn’t happy about that. All they offered me was 2 subs for free if I came in now on my wedding day. Way to be professional Jersey mikes!!!

I first tried Jersey Mike’s in California and loved it, but never realized that it was available right here in Minnesota! My boyfriend and I stopped at Costco for a grocery store run and randomly saw Jersey Mike’s so decided to stop in. They offer both cold and hot sandwiches. With the cold sandwiches, you’re able to add whatever toppings you desire, however their range of toppings is quite limited. They definitely lack the huge selection of sauces that you can find at Subway, but I find that their hot sandwiches are pretty tasty! I’ve tried the Bacon Ranch Chicken Cheese Steak and the Big Kahuna Cheese Steak. The only thing about these hot sandwiches is that they’re already prepared a certain way and you don’t get the option to add additional toppings like you do for the cold sandwiches. The Bacon Ranch Chicken Cheese Steak was really tasty and I liked it a lot. The Big Kahuna Cheese Steak is comparable to a Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich that you can find elsewhere, but I didn’t find it that amazing. They also have patio seating to the side and I went on a beautiful, sunny day so I enjoyed sitting out there. It’s a great place to stop by if you’re on your way to Costco or some stores in the general vicinity.

Um, I was not expecting our subs to be so soggy. Took a long time to get two subs. One person was at the register the whole time and did not help with the food. More people came in and still no help. Food was not as flavorful as I was hoping.

Jersey Mike’s is quick to-go subs and much more delicious than Subway. They actually have flavor where you can taste the bread and the meat. Subway could learn from that.

Fast service during the lunch rush. My cheese steak was gross. Had no flavor. It was dripping in an excessive amount of grease. I only ate half of it and threw the rest away.

I had the subs in my work meeting they ordered it for us I chose the tuna sub the half one and I believe it came with a cookie! the tuna was good I make better lmao the sizes were decent I mean I can only speak for the food because my job paid for the subs. I mean I would only come here if it was my only Sub option I have seen there prices and honestly not really appealing compared to subway if you on a budget

You will die of starvation sooner than getting service and that is probably the best option for you. The service is so bad and the staff so rude and the food so horrible that you are better off starving in line than getting any food from this dump. Save your money and go to Costco across the parking lot and graze on their free samples, it is better than here. You wait in line for 25 minutes to place and order they can’t even understand nor will they get right and then the preparation makes you wonder about cleanliness and sanitation. We can’t tell you about the food because after another 10 minutes of standing there and they still did not have the order underway we walked out and found another place to eat.

Just walked in here a few minutes ago, no customers or employees, i wait a few minutes, then notice a young employee dancing or doing something in the back, he comes out finally and looks at me, ignores me and starts cleaning, still ignoring me, i walk to the door to leave and he starts yelling for me to come back as i open the door to leave. I assume this location wont be around much longer. The last time i went in here was their grand opening and they had like 10+ people working and the guy taking my order made fun of my medical condition.

The good: I can only speak to the cold subs, but they are decent. The bread is really good(thick and chewy), they slice the deli meat in front of you, and I like the combination of Italian herbs and oil. The regular is enough food that I don’t feel the need to buy chips. The bad: I have been to this location twice, and each time the customer service has been strange. The first time, it seemed the employees were not expecting any customers. They had to rush out and put on gloves. Also, a younger employee did not want to(or was not supposed to) use the meat slicer, but the manager pressured him into using it. On the second visit, the person that took our order yelled to the back room, «It would be nice if my employees would come and help me with customers.» I found that off-putting. Why not just say, «Jack and Allison, can you please come help me.» This store just seems poorly managed/employee training is lacking.

Damn good bread. It’s like a fresh, fluffy loaf of bread instead of the mushed down Subway bread. Have only had chicken parm so I have limited experience. Overall, JM’s is a good alternative to Subway.

This is a great place for a sub let me tell you. The price can get expensive though with chips and a drink(over 20 $) they also cut their meat in front of you! The problem is it gets packed around lunch get there early to have a spot! Here are some tips to save money and get what you will like: First get a giant sub with someone(if you have someone with you) only 13! For a big sub plenty for 2 people! Don’t get chips or a drink. If you like a hot sandwich with a little spice(really not much and it’s delicious) get a 43 you will love it! If you like a cold sub get the roast beef I forgot the number maybe it’s 7? Ask to get salt on the meat to bring out the flavor!(It’s way better) also get it mikes way if you like onions, lettuce, tomatoes, wine, and pepper!

Was not good. The pros: The employees were friendly and the meat is fresh sliced. The cons: The oiliest sandwich i have ever had. The kid working asked if I wanted it «Mikes Way». He showed me the sign of what that meant. I live five minutes from here and when I got home the bread was falling apart. If I try them again it won’t before a long time. Josh

For me, my trip to Jersey Mike’s was just A-OK… This shop has a robust selection of cold and hot subs, and I had some trouble trying to figure out what I wanted. I asked the sandwichistas what they like to eat, and they encouraged me to try the steak chipotle. While I do love the melted cheese and grilled steak, the bread tasted a bit too airy, didn’t hold the insides very well, and was a bit bland. I would consider to returning Jersey Mike’s, but with all the incredible sandwich/sub joints in the Twin Cities, it won’t be soon.

I think the key to my reviews is having low standards going into a new place! After reading some opinions on this restaurant, I hadn’t hurried in. I decided to swing in tonight after my nail appt. Pluses: Friendly workers fresh, thinly-sliced meat(while you’re standing there!) good bread Minuses: in comparison to Jimmy John’s, more expensive and smaller sandwich($ 8 for regular sandwich and chips) no avocado(or green-like spread) chips aren’t as good it is a decent option, and much better than the particular JJ’s across the street if you are at this intersection. I am more likely to return with my BOGO Metro Dining Card and the BF,

It’s a fast, casual sandwich chain. Order at the counter, sandwich appears a minute or so later. I opted for the chipotle philly which consists of grilled«steak», peppers and onions with chipotle mayo. I was not offered the option to have the sandwich on wheat bread, which I would have taken. It was a substantial sandwich for a regular, if you feel you need to order the giant size you should either be splitting it with someone else, saving half for dinner or punching another hole in your belt. It came heavily loaded down with the mayo which I found to be way too much. Service seemed very mechanical, write down order, hand over money, get sandwich. Nothing enticed me to want to hurry back for another sampling. I did notice that they had added an outside seating area that the former Quizno’s did not have but considering it has a drive thru lane next to it I don’t think I would utilize the space.

I ordered online and went in store to collect. It was very easy and fast and the sandwich was incredible. So tasty! I ordered a hot philly cheesesteak and it was all I could ask for. Nice and got when collected and full of flavor. I will be returning — a lot!

I ordered a wrap for lunch and later had terrible stomach pain. Long story short, it was food poisoning so I give you two options for those that want to try this new sandwich spot; don’t order the wrap or don’t go there. I’ll choose the latter. Especially given that there are MANY different food options in the area.

An attempt to create a South Jersey sub shop, but without Snooki or her buds I’m not sure it can really be the same. The big diff here compared to Jimmy John or Subway is the bread. This is closer to a Jersey-style like I had as a kid(eons ago) – Wider, and a bit softer than JJ’s but not reduced to Wonder Bread like Subway. It won’t be the same as back East, but it’s a fair reproduction. I noted that all of the cold cuts are sliced to order. Seems like a good touch. But I tried the Philly. If they could pull that off I’d have to come back. But, while arguably better than most Midwest attempts at a cheese steak, it still needs work. To their credit, they grill the steak to order, which itself is a non-negotiable factor in this genre. But, it could have been crisped up a little more. It could have used a bit more meat. They don’t have any way to ask for lettuce/tomato(although a purist might scoff at that). I didn’t taste the sprinkle of oregano I would have expected. And, I wish they’d offered me the option for provolone instead of defaulting to ‘Wiz(if I try another I will take the initiative and ask, but I suspect that might not be as easy a task for the high-school grill master). Still, all in all, it won’t satisfy any purist, but it’s not a bad attempt. I will try again in a while(and remember to ask for prov!).
