Baja Gringo Tacos

We’ve had the good fortune of the taco truck on two occasions at Arclight Brewery in Watervleit. The first visit we ordered chicken and pork tacos (2 large tacos for $ 6) and they were great.
On our second visit, they were actually closing up but let us go ahead and order. We couldn’t pass up the chicken tacos and opted for a side of chips and salsa (sadly they were out of guac). Chips were fresh and homemade salsa was flavorful.
Definitely worth a visit — now we just need food trucks in South Bend!

Yes, I’m totally biased. But I’m not «cushy» for no reason. ;) Because we love a boy who will eat absolutely anything you put in a taco and, frankly, because we watched the movie Chef (true story!), and because we once had a successful restaurant (The Main Street Café’, 1999-​02, in Downtown Benton Harbor), as I write, my husband is gearing up for the opening season of BajaGringo Tacos! Scott Gane will once again live his dream of loving YOU through food.
You will love his authentic street tacos, and his fresh, colorful west coast influenced, naturally #gf (gluten free) take on anything you can imagine, and some things you probably didn’t, in a taco. I’m so proud of his resilience, and it makes me incredibly happy to see those dimples again. «We might be gringos, but we speak the lingo: Tacos!»
