Mama D’s Pizza

If it were up to me, I would never order pizza from anywhere else. Without a doubt, Mama D’s is the best pizza in the area. I’ve never actually dined in, but whenever I go in to pickup my order, service is great, and the people are polite. The pizza is always absolutely delicious, and I can’t help but eat too much of it.

After reading some positive reviews, we decided to try Mama D’s and we were not disappointed. The thin crust was crispy and the toppings were fresh. We have found a new favorite pizza place in NWI!

Good olé Mama D’s is a tradition in my family. We have been eating here for what seems like ages! It’s a mighty fine pie with tasty thin crust, a decent sauce, good toppings and a nice price.
The dining room is pretty empty as most just get it delivered or pick up. The staff is young but polite, always had a good dine-​in experience.

This has quickly become a household favorite that delivers the same goodness each and every time. Their products come from a local shop right across US 41, so that is great to see one small business integrating it’s services with another. The pizza is always thin and crispy, with just the right amount of cheese. I wish they put a bit more sauce, so that is the only reason that I can’t give the perfect rating. Nonetheless, this place has great prices, friendly service, and timely delivery. Definitely try it out if you have not yet done so. It is a bit hidden, but then again many good places are.

I may be biased as I’ve grown up within walking distance, but Mama Ds pizza is the best! My family from out of state craves it. They don’t skimp on toppings and use fresh vegetables and local meats. Give it a try if you are in St John!

Great pizza! I’m very picky when it comes to the type of sausage on my pizza and there’s is great. I like how pick up window is attached to the kitchen so you can see that everything is clean and done right. Also the breadsticks are awesome

Friday night pizza night is a tradition in my family and I have tried all of them! To me this is more of a to-​go place — never actually dined inside — but this is the pizza of choice in our home — and believe me we have every chain in the area to choose from. There is nothing like a REAL PIZZA — not something that came off an assembly line like you would get at the big chains. Their pizza isn’t five bucks or whatever like the big pizza chains offer but in this case you definitely get what you pay for. I would actually eat this a couple times a week because the leftovers make perfect breakfast and lunch the next day! I get the party size with pepperoni and sausage and another large with green pepper and mushrooms — and I just love their deep fried mushrooms too!
