My son dropped his sandwich. They made him another one for FREE… Great customer service!

Wish I could give them 0 stars ran in to get a milk and was greeted with a we can’t do sandwiches just flatbreads or salads. Which I respond I just want milk– picked it up said u just have low fat threw it back in. The guy ran out and accused me of stealing a water. Rude and I’ll never go there again! Someone should really discuss customer service with this worker as well as etiquette.

Worst customer service. The guy made the sandwiches, left them by the register then walked away and helped the next people In line, not saying anything to us. So we’re there just hanging by the register for a few minutes, then a girl sitting at the customer tables (doing homework I presume) came and asked if anyone rang us up, we said no, so she proceeded to take payment.
