A friend and I came for massages while visiting the area. The relaxation room was nice and quiet, but the massage room itself was so close to the lobby and pedicure room that I could hear people talking outside. The massage itself was good but the noise detracted from the experience. The employees were very friendly and it was easy to make and reschedule our appointments.

I did the desert spa package. I think that’s what it is called anyway. $ 200 for a stone massage, European facial, and a manicure and pedicure. I think it’s been a great deal and a great experience. My only semi complaint, I guess I’m old school, but I don’t like talking during a massage. I prefer to relax and drift but the lady talked the whole 80 mins and I couldn’t relax. She was VERY friendly and like able. And she was good. But I just don’t like talking while relaxing. My facial was great. And they went through so many extra steps with my pedicure and manicure. I’ll be back.

I called same day to get a group of 3 of us in for any spa treatments available as a special last minute treat. They had room for 2 of for massages and 1 facial. The woman answering the phone was so helpful as was the front desk staff. The waiting area was well stocked with yummy treats. The massages were incredible. We all left feeling so relaxed and so well treated. We will definitely come back.

Don’t often ‘treat’ myself to a manicure, but hands needed it… BAD! Marlee was super nice, scrubbed, lotioned, and polished me to perfection. I love St George Day Spa, and you should too!

They reached out to me, and gave me a free massage when I wasn’t entirely satisfied. They’re so accommodating, and friendly. And it was an excellent massage as well!

Went in for a mani/pedi…not impressed. The ambiance lighting was nice but I didn’t notice there were bubbles in my manicure until I got outside! The employee probably couldn’t see them either and if she could shame on her! Half of my fingernails have bubbles. The pedicure station was not comfortable and the employee sent me out the door before the pedi could dry. Went straight home and my big toe was missing paint. Will not go here again.

Ah, what I would give to live in St. George again simply to frequent St. George Day Spa. SGDS was my introduction into the world of mani/pedis, massages, and waxing during my ripe teenage years, and remains the only such establishment that I know I’m getting far more than I paid for. Being an egregiously self-conscious person, I anticipated my first-ever Brazilian wax would psychologically screw me up more than five sexy male gynos meticulously examining my most private crevasse. After I left – with a baby-bottom smooth vag area, mind you – my entire concept of myself as a gross human with imperfections galore to be fixed was turned upside down. My esthetician, Kim(a gorgeous blonde I’d normally feel intimidated by), not only waxed my nether-regions to perfection, but made me feel comfortable in a body I previously hated with every fiber of my being. She was completely professional, but read my non-verbal cues that I was uncomfortable not just with the procedure, but myself in general. Perhaps exposing yourself face-down, ass-up is a form of therapy in itself. Regardless, if you are looking for that high-end spa treatment for a price you won’t go hungry for, you’ve found it.

Ehhh. Not great. How does a place not have staff that know how to do gels? My feet were still rough after a pedi and both my toe and fingerpolish chipped within 2 hours. I get regular mani-pedis and this was a first. For $ 80 I expected better. When I called to ask them to repair my polish they gave me some convoluted story. I finally went in and asked them to fix it but they declined!!! They look good on the surface but they have no substance. I won’t go back, and neither should you– there are plenty of other salons willing to back up their work and provide better customer service.

The other review sounds like an ad person, but I really went here mostly out of desperation… after moving from Chicago it was hard to find a really good masseuse and everyone needs one!!! The prices are on par with everyone else, about $ 60 to $ 70 for an hour depending on the massage(I believe reflexology is only offered for a half hour at $ 25.) Its in a strip mall place, not very impressive, but once you get inside its as classy as any other spa I’ve been to. In fact it was quite nice! They lead you into a ‘relaxation’ room while you wait/fill out forms. Its dark and there is tea, coffee and cocoa for your relaxation plus little snacks(mostly peanuts… need more chocolate.) My masseuse, Arika(I hope I’m spelling that right) was on time and quite a delight, just a lovely woman in addition to her actual skills as a masseuse. I’ve tried other massages in St. George and they left me desiring something… they didn’t quite ‘do’ it for all my back and neck pain. She got it all. In addition you can add various services for about $ 5(body butter massage, various oils, a foot scrub) and boy you get more than your monies worth for that!!! I looked over the brochure as this is a full day spa(right down to various anti aging treatments) and it seemed well priced and generous for what it was. I may come back someday for a pedicure though I’ve never done one, but the price was decent, the people were nice and the place was pure class. I will definitely be back and I’m recommending it to everyone I know. Update: Been going here several more months with excellent service. Had a pedicure and while the lady who did my feet was very kind and did the general service… she said my feet weren’t ‘that bad’…and trust me they were the callouses from the dry air were horrific(thus why I paid for the service). She didn’t get it all but it did help me break through it the next week on my own. So I’d skip the pedicure if you need something seriously done, but take it for relaxation. We also had my niece do the ‘kid’ pedicure(for 14 and under). She’s 3 so we were a little worried how well this would go. The lady who did her feet(I feel bad I can’t remember her name, but she was excellent) knew how to work with kids and coaxed her into relaxing. My niece liked her so much she let her take a photo of her done feet to show her parents! This woman was truly excellent so for all services I’ve had done here the masseuses and pedicurists are excellent and friendly.
