I have ordered flowers for delivery from Bella Floral about 5 times. I have been very satisfied each time. My mom, who receives the flowers, is ecstatic each time. The designer at the shop remembers her regular customers and keeps in mind what the customer or recipient likes, based on the feedback. I will always use Bella Floral — I’m very satisfied and wouldn’t consider trying a different store!
She does Teleflora arrangements, She substitutes items appropriately, according to what was ordered. She calls the customer if she doesn’t have something in stock to let them know — no surprises. Delivery has always been on time and cordial. I am also in floral biz so I know what I’m talking about. You’ll get good customer service as well as good product at Bella Floral.
