I’ve been going to St. John Pediatrics for many years (21/​Romeo Plank) the staff there is very rude, but I like and trust the doctors so I continued going. Last week I needed to get my daughter in for an appointment and they were booked solid, so they sent me to the 9 mile office. I wish I had been sent here years ago. The staff is very friendly and helpful and they have the same doctors! We did have to wait a bit, but the doctor apologized as they were updating their recording keeping to an electronic system.

Dr. Paula Shreck is great! The staff has always been friendly and prompt with wait times and very helpful making appointments our answering questions over the phone.

Terribly rude staff. After waiting over an hour for a scheduled appt, I questioned when we would be seen. The ladies response, when we get to you. I work with several surgeons and we always go and find out why a provider is running behind. I guess good help us hard to find.
