I had the absolute worst experience at Magic Touch Salon! I wanted highlights and ended up with a frizzy, fried, hedious mess. My hair was literally breaking off at the root and falling out. It felt like gum. My hair was in good condition prior to this, George completely destroyed my hair! I even brought in pictures and he still didn’t get it right! He didn’t even blow dry or style my hair. I immediately told him and the front desk that I was unhappy with my service, they still demanded I pay. The worst part about it is that I reached out to the owner and she did absolutely nothing about it! I had to go to another salon and have them try to fix it! Extremely poor customer service! She also left me an incredibly rude voicemail. I’ve never been treated so badly by a business before!

I feel so sick right now. Ok I have super short hair, like Miley Cyrus, went in to get it blonder, on appt was at 10:45am, didn’t get out till 3:30!!!

Both myself and my wife have been going to Cindy at Magic Touch for more years than I care to think about. The staff is great and Cindy knows her stuff when it comes to hair. We have standing appointments every 3 weeks and drive a considerable distance for her service.
