A good option for Indian in St Charles. The portion sizes are large. The employees are very friendly. The only reason this review isn’t higher is because some of the appetizers(like samosas) weren’t my preference. I am looking forward to seeing this place grow and many more nights of take out.

Good, filling, oily Indian food to please the American palate. Perfect for take out on a cold winter day. The ambiance is not great with Pepto Bismal pink walls and poor lighting, but for take out its perfect. They do tend to be spicy even when ordering mild, so beware. So glad to have Indian in Saint Charles!

Tried the buffet. Impressive for what I consider a smaller buffet. Instead of focusing on mass quantities of items they seem to focus on quality.

We had dinner here on a Sunday evening. We were the only customers eating in the restaurant though several came in for to go orders. The lack of customers may be due to the popularity of the buffet earlier in the day. Our experience was very good. Service was quick and efficient. We both truly enjoyed our meals. I ordered chicken vindaloo, my favorite Indian dish. The balance of spice was perfect. The potatoes in the dish were thinly sliced instead of the cubes I’m used to. Small thing but it made a difference. I prefer the chunky potato bites. My husband had Tikki Masala and declared it the best he’s ever had. Pros: service, selection, flavor Cons: no Pappadum(sp?)

I love the Indian food at this place. They have authentic Indian dishes and the more contemporary versions. Their food is tasty without being overly hot. It’s a great place to find food to feed a crowd as well. Their quality has been pretty consistent as well.

I decided to try this place out due to the fact so many Unilocalers have been giving this place such amazing reviews. I have been looking for an Indian/Pakistani lunch buffet near me in St. Louis that rivals those I frequented in Kansas City(Johnson County) for the last five or so years, and this place is not it. The positives: It is a small restaurant located in a strip mall with ample parking just off I70. The people working there are kind, courteous, and respectful. Everybody’s drinks were immediately refilled as the restaurant offers prompt service. The lunch buffet is also not expensive at about $ 8.50 per person. They offer white basmati rice with an assortment of kurries and kormas including chicken, beef, lamb, and at least two all vegetable dishes. The negatives: There was no chai masala or chai of any sort, no gulab jamun, and no briyani. But, the biggest negative that kind of ruined the entire meal was the fact that the food was all cold and there were no food heaters or lamps. If the food was actually warm or hot, I would give this place 3⁄5 stars. We arrived to the restaurant only a little after noon, so the food should have probably been a lot warmer than it actually was. If anybody out there in the Unilocal world of St. Louis knows of a truly delicious Indian/Pakistani lunch buffet in St. Louis County, please let me know. Until then, I’ll keep trying new places…

Pure Ecstasy… Get here quick, just do it! I went in for the buffet and was blown away by the great tasting quality, freshness & everything was cooked just right. Trust me you won’t be disappointed. I’ve had my share of so called fine Indian Cuisine paid 3x the price and none have come close to this fine family establishment. I’ve been disappointed to other Indian restaurants to the point that we just cook our own at home. The veggies were fresh, the sauces were not too strong, deserts were quite notable, chicken cooked to perfection, lamb was fun, the cooked vegetables are some of the best Indian I’ve ever had. I think that says a lot about the buffet. Very clean, very quiet, they still have a great price, my only gripe is that I could eat here every day. Cons: I ate so much of their delicious cooked food that I hardly had any room for the wonderful deserts. Pros: Naan & Fry bread was so fresh and they were both second to none. I love this place, I will be going back on my next day off. Oh yeah, I forgot to mention folks there are so nice! Thanks Kebab N Kurry! Much Love Always, –Rg

came in at about 11:45 yesterday for the first time. It’s a rather small place and for lunch they have a buffet($ 8.48 after tax). Not a huge selection of items but each one was fantastic. They had 4 different chicken items 1 goat, one meatball and 2 or three vegetable curry sauce, along with great nann and fried potatoes. Mango custard for desert. Will be back very soon.

I’ve got a new favorite lunch spot… I love Indian food and have ate at everyplace in StL that serves it, this is simply the best. I used to go out to O’Fallon or cross the river for good Indian cuisine, but no more. Nice folks, decent buffet with different options each day; plenty of spice in the food without being overpowering, and at eight bucks and change for the lunch buffet, and a buck more on the weekends its a steal, and its available seven days a week, unlike most that close Monday. Come here for lunch, and you won’t leave hungry or disappointed. Best Chicken Tikka Masala and Curry in the StL area.

I am not an Indian Food expert, I know there are a couple of dishes I like but I generally frequent Indian restaurants that have buffets so I can try a lot of different dishes. This place has a great buffet, generally 10 different option including some options with meat. The Naan on the buffet is fantastic it is light and fluffy. Every dish I have tried I have liked a lot, their buffet dishes are what they classify as «Mild-Medium» I think that it was more«Medium-Spicy». The price of the buffet is 8.58 with tax it is a great value.

Great food! The lamb tikka masala was delicious. The dining room just feels stiff, and the décor kind of freaks me out.

This place is amazing! Came with my wife and neighbors who have used the chef/owner of this restaurant to cater large parties and weddings. Dinner was superb. Apparently the owner is behind the success places like India Palace and others over the years and he finally opened his own place. Its definitely worth the drive to St Charles for this one! We tried the chili chicken, goat, paneer, plain and garlic naan, karahi chicken, fish, and more… spicy deliciousness. I assure you will not be disappointed. Check this place out so it doesn’t fail like the past restaurants at this location.

The food here is fantastic. My wife and I have been to Indian restaurants all over the world(New York, Belfast, London, etc…) and this is some of the best we have ever had. We have eaten here at least 5 times since they opened and the food has never disappointed. Highly recommend the vegetable samosas, tikka masala, curry, and mango lassi.

Not sure how their lunch buffet is, but their dinner is excellent. The service is a little slow but the food more than makes up for it. Very authentic, better than many other indian places around. We’ve tried the chicken kabobs, the vindaloo, the tikka masala, and biryani. All have been very excellent.
