If you’re fishing out in Delacroix this is one of the main spots to grab fuel, bait and launch your boat. Some people call the lady that runs this place the «shrimp Nazi» because she only wants to sell to her customers that pay for a boat launch but she does run out of shrimp and so you just gotta learn the rules she has. The traffic for the launch sometimes gets a bit disorganized as it can be a bit crowded sometimes as the main road through the area gets people backed up waiting to launch so that gets the non-​boat launch traffic grumpy. Overall its a decent spot to launch your boat, get bait and take care of most details for a good fishing trip in the area.
