Surfer Joe’s Pub & Grill

Excellent food and service. The menu prices were a bargain, especially for the beach area. We got the Surfer Joe’s Salad and the Swiss & Shroom Burger. Both were terrific. This place should be packed but it’s hard to see from the road.

Fantastic food and service since the new ownership! This is everything I’ve wanted this spot to be. We got the cheese plate (crustinis were great), wings (great sauce), and fried Mac and cheese for appetizers. Our part of 6 was very happy and the $ 2 yuengling beer all day everyday can’t be beat. Will be back again and again as long as it stays open with this management. Best place on this stretch of A1A.

Amazing service and amazing food. The cheese board, wings and fried Mac and cheese were perfect. The chef makes everything fresh and by hand. Highly recommend!!!

Very inviting and worth discovering. The Mahi Mahi was delicious and super fresh. Creative side dishes. Club Sammy had marvelous fresh grilled ham and turkey, yummy toasted Texas toast, bacon, super creamy Swiss and tomatoes that actually have that old time tomato flavor. Beer specials, super clean and fabulous service. Thanks, Mark!

Clean restaurant with a great atmosphere! Nice beer & wine selection as well. «Traditional» hot wings and «Peruvian Gold» wing appetizers were on point. Pork medallions with mango salsa & mahi sandwich were delicious. I’ll be back soon to try more of Chef Mark’s cooking…

NEW OWNERS: We are so happy that this place has opened up. We live right down the street, so it’s super nice to have a good place to eat near by. Everything we’ve had to eat is amazing and the customer service is top notch! You have to try the bacon bombs! Love this place!

Under new ownership… great addition to Crescent Beach. The wings were delicious (make sure to try the creamy hot sauce). The bacon-​wrapped mozzarella cheese bombs were great too. It was pleasure to meet the new owner, Mark. I will definitely be visiting again soon.

Stopped in and I’m glad I did. Meet the owner/​chef, Mark. Burgers were awesome and so were the chicken fingers. Menu is still under works, but food was good. Place was super clean, too.

The music was awesome, the staff super friendly and extra helpful. Highly recommend this new little dive bar for a filling meal after a day of fun! Bring your friends!

New business. We had their Backyard Burger ($ 9.50). Comes with choice of cheese and a side. I had fries wife had coleslaw (rather small side). We each had ice tea spent about $ 24 but had a coupon which dropped the price to $ 19.35.
Burgers cooked well looked like hand formed. Fries are hot as they should be
They have new hours — closed mon & tues. Weds and Thursday 11am to 8 pm. Fri, sat sun 11 to 9.
Restaurant and bathrooms very clean. Worth checking out.

Former site of stevens fine foods, this bright beachy space has booths, a bar, and a familiar beach bar menu with high quality burgers, fresh fish (fried, blackened, etc), peel and eat shrimp, and nothing vegan or vegetarian. They also have turkey and roast beef open face sandwiches with mashed potatoes, good house made potato salad, good slaw, good collard greens… Not ambitious or original in concept or offerings but very fresh quality and good food and friendly service. So the «grub» side is covered. As for «pub”— they should seriously revise and expand their beer menu to feature local Florida drafts (Cigar City, Swamphead, Intuition…) instead of big brewery bottles (Bud, Shocktop, zzzzzzz). And i wish they would have happy hour for Treasure Beach residents, who could be a big source of support for a location that has changed hands and concepts alot over the years. The 6:30 closing time is super weird… So go early!!!
