I absolutely can’t stand this place. For the life of me, I can’t understand why I’ve continued to go back for over a year; because for over a year they have managed to screw up almost every single order I’ve placed. If you’re ordering anything but coffee, be prepared to get exactly what you didn’t ask for. If on the off chance they do give you what you ask for, something will surely be missing. For instance, if you order a sausage, egg, and cheese, the cheese won’t be on it. Or their most notorious move, if you order your sandwich on a croissant they will give it to you on anything but a croissant.
I’ve let it go time after time, dozens upon dozens of times. I final call to speak to a manager and she tells me that the next time it happens (yes, the next time they screw up, which with their history will be the next time I go back… if I ever go back) to bring it back in so they can correct it. Sigh.
