Getting through to anyone on the phone to make an appointment or ask a question is next to impossible at times. The voicemail is always full which is beyond frustrating. They really need to get this under control!
I’ve been coming here thanks to Obamacare going on a year now. Thanks Obama.
I see is Shelly Bloom.
She has a hard time typing and listening, I wish she would have told me that a long time ago instead of me having to figure it out on my own. Now that I have figured that out things have gone smoother.
Overall doctor (nurse practitioner) Bloom has been pretty helpful but my insurance takes forever doing anything with any of the referrals she has put in for me for specialists. So much red tape at times. They have a referral department now. Bug them, it works.
Be prepared to wait, even with an appointment. There’s been times with an appointment I’ve been here an hour or two.
Thet have this open access thing now. You can come and wait for an open appointment. If you’re on standby you could be here all day and there’s no guarantee you’ll get in.
If you aren’t 15 minutes early they will give your appointment away. Even though when you have one it’s usually 30 minutes after your appointment time before they call you back. Their time is important, yours isn’t.
