I have lived here for a little over a year and a half now. These apartments used to be University Gardens and then changed management and changed names. Since its been under new management is has gotten sloppy. The laundry room used to always be clean, now the floors have puddles of water and dirt on them from time to time. They constantly shut off the water for at least 4 hours. And it’s very hard to reach them in the office, countless times they have had the open sign showing, yet the doors were locked. And when they do have the return sign showing, they are more than an hour late leaving you to walk back and forth to try to catch them. During renovations they had no balcony and therefore no air conditioning(this was during the summer too). And you’re only option was to be one of the FIRST to come pick up a portable air conditioner from the office. When they came to install the a/c into our apartment they had installed it wrong, and due to the construction outside this allowed dirt to flow into our room covering everything. Once we complained they didn’t respond to our letter, apologize or even take concern, even after we had mentioned one of our roommates had a serious asthma problem. The ONLY good thing about this place is the location. However there is other cheaper apartments in this area that is walking distance as well. And it’s rumored that the rent will be increasing once again.
