Before I start, this doesn’t really apply to Dr. Kingman Tung himself. Their doctors aren’t bad, but their staff is HORRIBLE! They always say they’ll call you back but they never return calls. They charged me extra amounts for what they called a «refundable deposit», promising me that I’ll get the entire amount back and that they’ve confirmed with my insurance provider that everything was covered. Then they bill my insurance incorrectly later, causing me to hardly get any part of my large deposit back! When I called them, their office MANAGER of all people, starts yelling at me over the phone and called me «stupid» for calling about my bill. They talk @#$% in Cantonese, both in the background on the phone as well as while I’m in the office, and I understand everything they’re saying! What a bunch of unprofessional people! This doctor visit was a complete rip-​off, and I feel so cheated.
