BEWARE-​OVERCHARGE !!!-Horrible massage-​Yesterday, I went in to get a 60 min foot massage that was $ 19.99. When I came out I was charged $ 41. When I contested I was told they did not speak english. In addition, the massage was horrible. The girl kept wiping my feet with hot towels and did not massage me at all. It was also freezing cold in the room. My hands and feet were frozen and I could not even feel them or the massage. I told the lady it is very cold and all she did was put a flimsy towel over me. It was a horrible massage and experience I have ever had. Needless to say, they did not give me back the $ 21 over charge so, I reported it to the better business bureau and my bank. Please don’t be taken advantage of like I was!!!

DO NOT GO HERE! RUN, WHILE YOU CAN (if you read this first). I’m telling you, Alfred Hitchcock would be bewildered by this place. It’s some kind of pseudo-​sensual rub down. This may very well be a well-​known brothel and here I am, wanting my relaxing therapeutic massage.
I pass this place a couple times a week when I go to lunch at the Taco Bell in the same strip mall. While sitting in my car beforehand, my gut instinct was to Google or Unilocal this place (can Unilocal be used as a verb). That was back when I was still innocent and unscarred.
Anyway, here’s the pain and shame. I walk in, said «Sorry, I don’t have an appointment. Do you have space for a walk in?» It then became eerily similar to North Beach S.F., where strippers try to lure you in from the street. The trap was set. She pointed to a sign with a few time and price options, and although it was expensive, I didn’t want to drive across Elk Grove to the Reflexology place. I agreed to do an hour massage at $ 39.99. What’s with the marketing xx.99 scheme? Just be straight.
I’m led to a room that looks like it should be someone’s office with a door and all, except for a curtain draped across it. One asian lady hands me off to another asian lady with the untranslated Chinese version of «rip this white bastard off». I see the massage table with a few off-​white towels, disrobe to my boxer briefs and lay down, my feet still cold from the ceramic tile floor. The «Massage Therapist» silently starts to rub my back with no lotion. I say «A little harder.» Where’d she go to Massage School? University of Kmart?
I should’ve been counting my blessings. She suddenly leaves. «Hello, are we done? Where’d she go? I hope someone doesn’t come in here and rob me.» She returns in a minute with what I can only describe has a pail of oil. I can’t see it, but it’s like she’s scooping up oil, and rubbing it on my back, just dripping everywhere. Whoa, the hands down the back under the underwear. I think, «I hope this girl isn’t one of those Sex Trafficked girl that I’ve read about. Probably sold for $ 45 in Thailand.» She comes awfully close to my junk, like she’d trying to energize that part of me by pushing blood in that direction. I think of my wife and how much I love her. I can be the one decent soul that doesn’t have sex with her. Maybe I’m way off. Maybe she’s legit. Next, I begin enduring the pain of this gal’s nail’s. Her razor blade cuticles dig in and cause pain.
One thing about being in one’s underwear is that you feel quite vulnerable. It’s hard to say, «I’m outta here.» Like other reviews, I too got the tip shakedown. After handing her my credit card, she asks, «how much tip?» I reply, «Geez, what’s 15%, six dollars?» She looks offended, so I increase it to $ 7. Then, she looks at me like she doesn’t understand the number 7. «Huh, don’t understand, … seven?» I thought, «what’s $ 3? more?» I think. «Go ahead», I said, «10 bucks is fine.» The total came to $ 50 even. I felt horrible afterwards. I rushed home to take a shower.

If I could write a –1 review I would! Received a Mothers Day gift card for here. Owner has changed but the new owner won’t honor gift card. Same name too. NEVER will I give massage gift card or get one here! Very upset!

Is there anything lower than one star? Prior to my last visit service was excellent. I went back there looking for the person whom does the best job. It appears there has a change in ownership or staff. I went there for a foot massage, and was talked into one-​half foot and one-​half full body massage. The person wanted me to pay up front. I refused and thought this is unusual. As I was about to walk to the massage area a female told me she has an appointment, and asked that return in one-​half hour. Instead I waited in the lobby. While waiting there were several clients that walked in. They were all told to come back in one-​half hour. As I recall from previous visits there were only three on their staff. Now there are people everywhere. I counted at least six. I also thought it was was strange that four males came in as a group. Now to my massage… if you can call it that. I went into a dark room divided by a curtain. I could see through the split to the other side. My masseuse finally walked in and asked if I like it hard? I assume she meant deep pressure, so I said yes. The massage was awful, and I was constantly asked if I was OK. The worse part was when my masseuse climbed onto the table. I was face down and her crotch was on the back of my head. At this point I just wanted to get out of there as fast as possible. This was the most uncomfortable experience I’ve encountered in quite a while. That was my last visit ever to this joint.

It wasn’t the best massage, but it was good. I asked for a 1 hour foot massage and got just what I asked for. I guess it depends on the day or who you get.

This place is awful I went there because I can throw a rock from my house and hit it. @ first I had a masseuse name Fanny whom was really good then she disappeared. I took a hiatus from this place then decided to go back. Suzanne was my masseuse then that quickly went downhill. I booked an appointment with her and when I got in a man tells me she is ill and went home early. He asked if he could massage me. I told him I would come back when Suzanne was present. Next thing I know she magically appears! She informs me that she had given a lot of massages that day (which is fine I would have returned another day). She starts massaging my dirty dogs and then that man comes in and starts massaging me. I left and will not be returning. Very disappointed in this place. I recommend going to Jo Jo massage which is not too far from this armpit. Ask for Amy!

Stay away!!! I always go to the reflexology place on bond and have always had an enjoyable experience… but I decided to try out the place close to my house…
It was an awful experience from the start… we walked in and there are two people sitting in the lobby chairs were sleeping and woke up when we walked in… the guy said follow me (no hi, how can I help you, nothing), he took us to a dark room and pointed at the chairs and left. We sat down and started taking off our shoes, another lady walked in and starting speaking loudly, couldn’t really understand her.
The people that were sleeping in the lobby, came in to give us the massage… here is what the experience was…
1. It was not a relaxing experience
–phones were ringing loud
–people talking in their language
–the music was Asian language… with words
2. It smelled like Asian food and was really pungent throughout the place
3. You am hear anyone’s conversation in the other room
comes the best part… our total was 38.00 for 2 people, I gave her a 50.00-she gave me 13.00 back… so I gave her 8.00 for a tip. She holds up the money and say 8.00 is the tip? This tip is for both of the people? This is it? 8.00? It was soo embarrassing and I was mad! I didn’t know how much I was supposed to tip but a 4.00 tip on a 19.00 service cost is more that 15%. I gave her a tip according to how I felt about my service and still have more than 15%. I couldn’t believe how she made me feel! I was soo mad and will never go back, such poor customer service. Oh by the way-​once out massage was finished, the people said «done» and walked out… didn’t tell us to go up front or bring water or anything… so weird!!!
