Ordered flowers for my Mom today to celebrate her retirement. I was going to order them from 1−800-Flowers but have had such bad luck in the past and you never know what you’re going to get. Based on other Unilocal reviews and the location of the shop in proximity to her office, I chose Tower Florist. I spoke with Luanne (sp?) who took my order and was extremely patient with me when trying to figure out what to write on the card. The flowers were just delivered (4 hrs total) and my Mom was over the moon happy with such a beautiful arrangement. Thank you Tower Florist for accommodating my same day order, for outstanding customer service and for a beautiful arrangement.

walked in here last minute to get a single red rose for my step-​daughter for a father/​daughter dance. they accommodated exactly what I needed, with pretty wrapping, and without breaking the bank.

Great customer service. I spoke with Jackie and she was absolutely amazing. I called in and was able to get same day delivery in less then 2 hours and saved my anniversary since another shop that will remain nameless cancelled on me. my only request was I needed 14 same color roses and any color but yellow when my wife called me to thank me she couldn’t believe I was able to find roses that matched our wedding color. Yes I took credit but Jackie you are my hero I know there is no way you could have known to use that color but I am glad you did.

Called from San Jose around 10am to order flowers for my mom. Ordered a $ 35 bouquet for delivery to the Arden area. Wasn’t sure what flowers I wanted so the lady said they would put together florist’s choice. My mom sent me a picture of the flowers by 1pm and they were fantastic!

Monica & Shannon were so accommodating & compassionate. We lost our mother who had been very ill for some time the morning that we went in. Monica could see that we needed some guidance. She helped us pick 3 beautiful arrangements & showed us specific flowers that would be in the arrangements so we knew what to expect.
We had originally visited our local florist Del Paso Blvd florist, where our family has gone for 50 years. Realizing that they had moved to Tower florist, we made our way there.
When we told Monica that we had tracked them down she was very appreciative and we began the difficult process of selecting 2 sprays and a half casket arrangement.
They were delivered to the funeral home on time and looked amazing. Beautiful and reasonably priced. Thank you Tower Florist
