I can’t believe that I found such a great stylist here in The Pocket. Thullie does such a great job. I have very difficult hair, thin and fine and she cuts it and she cuts it so it looks just great. Also does great color.

I recommend anyone to come here. I wanted to dye my hair to a Ferrari purple, but then since it was only going to last for 2 wks for 130.00; since my hair was long to my shoulder blades and very thick hair. I just decided to get a violet red perm for 80.00. I am totally in love with *my hair. It was my first time doing anything to my hair, I am so glad that I had Lyn to take care of me. She was wonderful and gentle with my sensitive scalp. My perm took about 2 hours. But, it was worth it! Thank you Lyn! I appreciate you and all you girls do! Xoxo p. s. Lynn gives great men’s haircuts at an affordable price and has one of the best memories for names I’ve ever witnessed. Nice salon? Clean and pleasant and convenient to the pocket/​greenhaven area.

One of the best and most consistent hair salons in Sacramento. I get my hair cut from Thullie, she always does a great job. If you have a specific hairstyle and explain it to them they will make sure to get it right and you can rely on them to cut it that specific way every time you come back. If you need to find a reliable hair salon this is a great place to check out!

I have been reminiscing for months now about the horrible service I received from tulli. I was cut and sent home bleeding. She cut gashes out of my hair and totally ignored my requests. But the worst part was her arrogance and refusal to even admit to her errors

I got a men’s haircut and was extremely excited to find a place so close to my apartment and that has reasonable prices. The ladies that work here are nice. HOWEVER. In 24 years on this earth I’ve never been cut by a razor. Let alone TWICE to the extent that it was bleeding enough to use 2 tissues to wipe up the BLOOD. I asked for my hair to be textured and the shears or razor were never used. I left and went home to find out how horrible the haircut was, then returned for a fix and refund. Cosmetologists are supposed to be artists, not drones. I’m so disappointed in this place and beyond angry about my haircut. Absolutely NONE of what I asked her to do was done. I’ve only found this problem at predominantly asian.

My husband always go to this salon for a haircut and likes Tully to do his hair. Since, Tully will be busy with him, I always get the next available one. My first haircut with them was with Lyn, she was ok. Nothing special that has been done with my hair, because I just wanted a simple trim. However on our most recent visit, the next one that was available was Angela. She’s new to this salon but has been a hairstylist for 6years. I was really surprised how she was able to cut my hair the way I wanted to, trimmed for one inch but thinned/​layered it as high as it can be, and I can still put it up. I definitely found my hairstylist after moving from another country last year.

Staff is always very friendly. Tully remembers exactly what I like and is always very receptive if I want to do anything differently, or if I don’t like something. Usually a short wait and it is relatively inexpensive.

This is my second time getting an ombré and I have dark Asian hair, which isn’t easy to lighten! Thully did a wonderful job and I love it! I recommend anyone who wants a good haircut and color to try her out! She really cares about her customers! Also, she’s a very sweet and funny lady!

Had a positive experience here! I don’t get haircuts very often at all (probably twice a year), so my hair was super long, thick and riddled with split ends. I showed Thullie a picture with the back of a woman’s hair tapering at the end. I let her know I wanted to keep my hair long with long layers, and she respected my choice while also informing me that my shortest layer would be at my shoulders in order to make a clean line for the taper. She also thinned my hair out in order to cut away the split ends and give some flow to my hair. I love my haircut, my hair looks healthier and falls graciously instead of knotting into a giant mass!
Haircut prices are $ 18 and up. Mine was $ 25 because of the large amount of hair Thullie had to work with, but I was really happy with the service.

I was told that I was pickier with choosing the right hairdresser than the right man. Ouch, that hurts! :P But it seems my relationship with my hairdresser Nancy has, so far, outlived my romantic relationships. For a very long time, I allowed no one other than Nancy at Snips to touch my hair. However, when I stopped by Snips the other day, I was only to find out, quite to my surprise, it was closed for good. Luckily, I was able to trace Nancy down to TNT Beauty Salon. TNT Beauty Salon is a bit smaller, yet a cute and clean little place. Just my 1^st impression, everyone seems pretty friendly. And most importantly, I know I am in good hands, again :).

I have a big head and I often used to just cut my own hair with my Costco clippers. It was easy to just set the clippers on their shortest setting and whack away until everything was cut a to a nice uniform stubble. My results were consistently consistent… not bad. Thought it looked good. Didn’t scare small children, etc.
When I came in to see Lynn and told her to set the clippers to ‘zero’ and go to town on my dome, she gave my head a second look, and recommended something a little different. I went with Lynn’s advice and let her cut it her way. I’m glad I did. My new hair style with skin on the sides and a slight fade to what remains on the top of my skull has changed my life. My new hairstyle has given me more confidence and I feel beautiful on most days.
And, if Lynn is busy with another customer, Thullie knows exactly how I like it, too. She leaves me feeling just as confident and beautiful.

I love Thully! She’s the best and is very stylish so she’ll make your hair stylish too! I have never had a bad hair cut from her and I’ve been going to her when she used to work at Lily’s on Florin and Riverside.

I am very picky with my hair and I recently tried this cute little place, and am soo satisfied! Both ladies are friendly and really listen to what you want. I finally had my bangs cut and they are honestly finally the way I want them!
The place is very clean, modern and really cute!
