The Spot Hookah Lounge

This place has great service. The men are very nice and recommend flavors that are delicious. The atmosphere is super chill — the lights, the music — it’s definitely a place to relax and hang with good people.

I gave them 4 stars because there service was great the dj was on point but the entertainment didn’t show up and they didn’t say anything until 30 minutes to closing.

Great hookah, excellent costumer service, and reasonable prices. Nice laid back atmosphere, they also have a DJ. Staff is great go above and beyond. They were closing but let us in even at closing time and gave us great customer service on top of it all!

The management at The Spot definitely deserves 5 stars. The lounge plays only legit songs and you are allowed to request songs. The employees at The Spot will routinely stop by to check up on your hookah and ask if there is anything they can do to improve your experience.

Hands down one of the best hookah lounges I’ve been to… Always have a good ass night here & it’s always smacking… only hookah lounge I know that use REAL KM hookahs. It’s known as the spot for a reason. My favorite flavor is white gummie bear lemon mint.

The Spot Hookah Lounge definitely a unique shisha lounge with it’s premium shisha, quick coal service (change), DJ and music that go hand in hand for a good night of hookah. Clean environment and most importantly respectful staff with good services. The Spot resonates a type of ambiance that any shisha lounge should have and hope to be coming here again in the near future.

I see a few bad reviews and I think those people are the few picky ones that will be negative about things even if everything is great about the business. This is one of the better hookah lounges in Sac. Located in an older strip mall but Ive been coming here since they opened and never had a single problem outside in the lot or in the lounge. Theres always a door man watching the property for safety. Its small and can get crowded on the weekends but it gets alot of business for a reason. People wouldnt always come here if they werent any good! Great service and a good selection of the best flavors. Since its not a big lounge the coal guys make their rounds faster and get you set up and ready to smoke in no time. Good prices and a cool spot to kick it with friends. They have a good mix of music too. Its a well run, drama free, clean, friendly hookah lounge.

Drove 2 hours to see a friend. Meet up at the spot on a Wednesday night. Luckily, few tables were open. Got a hookah. Lemon mint with white gummy bear! It was great. Hookah was cheap and the flavor last! The coals were tasteless. Clean environment. Free Packing! Had a great time.

The hookahs here are bomb, and the service is excellent! The only thing is that it’s not too busy most the time that I’ve showed up here… I don’t know if it gets busy on certain days.

Looks like a homies basement. The location might not be the best. Shady strip mall in Elk Grove. We got juicy papaya hooka $ 16 took a while to get it we sat for 30 minutes before our hookah. They close at 2am every booth had people in it. Younger crowd. Forgot to use my Unilocal coupon they wouldn’t honor it.

Honestly this is «the spot» when it comes to hookah lounges i am very picky. When we first came in we were welcomed in right away the owner started asking questions about what we like and started giving recommendations, really chill. The owner himself hands down the nicest person. The service is great always checking up if we are comfortable, if we need more coals, if the music is good. This place really cares about customer service and customer service is number one if you want to run a good business AND if you want your new customers to become your daily customers. It’s a HIGH possibility I will be coming here more often. I recommend everyone to give this place a try :) Thank you for a good time!

Finally got out to this location! I’ve been dying to go out with the group and try this place out and now I know if it was closer I would go alllll the time. I was overwhelmingly impressed with this experience. We went on a Sunday and there was no cover this time.
Ambiance:
At first glance I let the outside fool me. But don’t do the same! The inside was very modern-​pleasing to the eye. The artwork really caught me attention. Especially one Alice in wonderland piece that I wanted to take home with me! All the furniture was comfortable, clean and secluded. All individual booths allowing us to get the full VIP experience which I believe they aim for. One of the biggest things that won me over was the music. They had oldies on when we first got there, everyone was loving it! Then once we got settled, the owner let us plug our own music from our phone on! Seriously?! Points!
Product:
The hookah itself that we were served was a Khalil Mamon hookah, very high quality and also available for purchase! Fumari was the brand of tobacco we were smoking and then our server offered us their special fruit bowls! The girl in our group chose peach! Yum. But they also had pineapple, watermelon, Apple, and even banana fruit bowls. This blew me away. The peach was cut on top and a small amount of the fruit scraped out. And then the flavored tobacco is put inside the peach! It lasted surprisingly long-​our entire visit. And we were informed the watermelon can last up to 4 hours with 6 coals!
Service:
This is where they really won me over. If you have been to any hookah bar you know that sometimes the environment can be somewhat racially dominant. The staff included, but here that was not the case at all. Which in itself is enough to receive my business. We were greeted instantly, not 100% sure if the owner or the manager was assisting us, but he was so friendly and very passionate about customer service. Our party and our coals were constantly checked on, but not too much! I wish I could remember our servers name, but he even went over some instruction on how we could do the fruit bowls ourselves!
We are still raving about our experience the next day. I will without any doubt be back, and I will be spreading the word and recommendation. Thoroughly pleased.

I went here last night and it was terrible to say the least. The girls ringing people up and bringing the hookah to your area were extremely unknowledgeable in what they were doing (one of them couldn’t even work the register)! The establishment itself was extremely small and each «booth» was so close together. The couches were old and appeared ripped. The DJ was great but there wasn’t really any space to dance or get up and socialize with friends as I’ve seen in other hookah lounges. If you’re thinking about going here, I’d suggest you think about going somewhere else such as hookaholics because this place isn’t worth it.

This place is horrible… Not enough seating for everyone. Cashier told us to ask people if there was any open seating instead of directing us to a open seated area. There was a cover charge at the Door just to get in. Took over 15 mins to even get the shisha.
Pretty much it’s set up to be like a club without alcohol. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. Overrated and service here sucks.

I’ve been coming here frequently for a few months and I get the best customer service. If you care about how your bowls are made, how smooth your hookah is, and the long lasting flavor, this is the best spot to smoke hookah at and chill in the Sacramento/​Elk Grove area. Some of the best brands and a huge variety of flavors from multiple brands such as Al Fakher, Fumari, and much more. Stop by you won’t regret it!

Great place awesome ambiance and best hooka in town. Only place in Sacramento that makes a proper hooka.

Wanted to unwind nearby the house with the gf and we found this place. I’ve been to nearly all the hookah places in Sac and this one gave us the best customer service. Asked for ice and the guy actually walked to the store and got some for us. Checked on our bowl frequently and everything.
We recommended that they put in a pool table, cause that would be awesome!
