Thomas Hogan is wonderful attorney! He’s been very successful working with my company, Northpoint Asset Management in gettingcout tenants who have fallen behind on their rent and needed to be evicted.
Thomas and his staff are always polite and take time to answer questions concerning tenant and landlord rights.
Hes the only attorney I would you and refer to others.

Mr. Hogan and his staff are super knowledgeable and provide quality service. I have been a Property Manager at Tiner Properties for many years, but faced my first eviction that went to court a little while ago. I was beyond thankful to have Mr. Hogan and his smart ladies on my side and available to answer all my neurotic questions throughout the eviction process. A big THANK YOU to Mr. Hogan and his team for getting me and the Owner possession of the property back!

Really really really sloppy work, and as unresponsive as they come to emails and phone calls. He is probably the worse eviction attorney I’ve encountered in Sacramento. I had never met him before, only talked to his secretaries (who are all incompetent and never answer emails or calls like him), and he showed up 5 minutes before my court case started, he didn’t even introduce himself so I wasn’t even sure at first that he was Tom Hogan, and just rushed into the court since he was almost late. I literally did all the work yet I had to pay him for showing his face in court and using my materials to get the eviction, talk about a ripoff. Steer clear of this firm.

I m so glad that i retain him for eviction service. he is so prompt. confirmed, best customer service .they never feel bad if you call them 10 time a day. he get settlement out of court and with in 30 mints my case done and he make tenant agree to pay my due rent and court fee. i recommend him for all self landlords. so so so glad… thank you so much mr hogan… from raj

Thomas Hogan’s Office is the best when you need to hire eviction services. We have used Tom’s eviction services for years and highly recommend them.

While I won my case I had done all the preparation. Thomas didn’t even check his email prior to court that contained important evidence. He showed up 2 minutes prior to my court date. He replied to only one of my 4 emails and never once returned my phone call.
On top of this poor response he also owed me a refund of fees I paid for that I also paid him to do for me. Which he has ignored my requests for even after he gave approval to his assistant. I finally got the refund from his office after 2 months.
As an update (10-​28-​2014) he is threatening to sue me for this Unilocal review.
There are several options to choose from when it comes to attorneys, I’d suggest choosing another option.
