Sweetologie Cake Design

Aileen definitely exceeded my expectations! She made my daughters 4^th birthday Doc McStuffins cake last year and this year for her 5^th birthday, I asked for a pink, white and gold cake with butterflies and roses and Aileen did an amazing job! Reasonable prices for beautiful and yummy cakes! Thanks Aileen!

Sweetologie has made over 6 custom cakes for my family over the last couple of years. Aileen is extremely creative, accomodating and professional. She has easily created cakes exceeding my expectations. The cakes not only look fabulous but they taste even better. I highly recommend Sweetologie!

The flavors of our wedding cake were only surpassed by Aileen’s courteous service. We were pleasantly surprised by the wide array of flavors that were available (and how good they were!) The cake turned out exactly how we wanted it. Anytime we needed something Aileen got back to us quickly and was super accommodating. She also delivered our cake to Vallejo and set it up at the reception. Cake was easily the least stressful part of the wedding for me and all of our guests were blown away by it.

I contacted this company in December for an order expected in January. I spoke with the owner through email about details and prices. the week prior to pick up is when I would pay a deposit. that week prior, I attempted to contact this company through email, voicemail, phone call, etc. I did not receive a response. long story short, I ordered a cake, contacted them to make my payment and review order, never received a call back, never received a cake. at the very least, I would expect an explanation or a simple response. extremely unsatisfied

If I could give this business a ZERO I would!!! like the previous reviewer I contacted her through the website and received a response. We had email conversations and I sent her photos of the designs as she requested. She then went silent, no communication! I called her over seven times and sent several emails. I wonder if the cakes/​desserts she has completed (all the pretty pictures) are things she has really done or if the reviews are from her friends. I WARN YOU TO NOT PUT YOURSELF THROUGH THE STRESS. I TRY TO SUPPORT LOCAL, BUT SHE IS A FLAKE!!!

This isn’t based on the cake made for me, unfortunately Aileen never made it that far. I contacted her via her website and didn’t hear back for a week or so then I called left a voicemail on her main line and received a call back the next day. We went over flavors and design I wanted for my event as well as cake pops and other treats. We confirmed date, however she stated she would get back to me in pricing and a sketch after I sent my designs via email. I did just that and didn’t hear back from her for a week, I called several days back to back after that to inquire on the order and follow up if she could still commit to the event day and time but had no luck in reaching her. As good as her flavors and creations looked it was a sad disappointment to not have her fulfill my requests.
It’s just the communication that lacked tremendously. Whether something came up or if there was a bigger order that came, I would have like to be contacted. I looked at her Instagram and I seen the same issues in comments as to her not getting back to clients. I’m happy the people who were able to leave there reviews loved her work, unfortunately she didn’t leave her professionalism with me

Our wedding cake was so beautiful we didn’t want to cut into it, but then the inside (chocolate cake with whipped cream and strawberry filling) was so good we couldn’t stop eating! It was perfect and everything we could have asked for. It was a single tier cake with the «delicate ruffle» design. Aileen delivered it herself and helped us set it up. The price was very reasonable and the quality was high. Strongly recommended!

Thank you so much for making us a beautiful cake in helping make our daughters first birthday a great memory, we truly love our cake and I have to say he came out more than we can imagine thank you think you think, not only look professional and beautiful and just like we wanted it but the taste of the cake blew our minds. You are definitely the only person will call to the next time of cake in need.

The cake is such a focal point of every wedding that we insisted on a tall cake that would stand out. We had over 200 guest and a small cake would have been easily lost in the masses. Well, Sweetologie delivered! A coworker referred me to Sweetologie and I am so glad that they did!
Aileen and Sweetologie made us an amazingly beautiful five tier cake that was jaw dropping! We got so many compliments about our cake, in fact several of our guests said that it’s the type of cake you would only expect to see on TV. I agree… just take a look at the photo of our cake I borrowed from Sweetologie’s Instagram. Up close the details on it are even more incredible.
I’ve heard from others that «show cakes» lack flavor… don’t believe it, that’s absolutely not the case if you go with one of Aileen’s creations. You see, I’m the guy that ALWAYS passes on cakes at weddings, I find them too dry, and flavor wise either too sweet or just too boring; not the case with Sweetologie, frankly this was the best cake I have ever had and that’s not just my opinion, we heard this from several of our friends… the cake was nice and moist, smooth on the palate, rich in flavor — How can it not be?, just take a look at our flavor selection:
Tier 1 & 2 (top tiers): Champagne Chiffon Cake with Strawberry Buttercream Filling
Tier 3: Mocha Chiffon Cake with Coffee Buttercream Filling
Tier 4: Chai Cake with Cheesecake Mousse Filling
Tier 5: Almond Cake with Mango Curd Filling
Sound good? Well it was amazing! The ordering and tasting process was very easy, and delivery/​set-​up was as smooth as our cake.
In my opinion, if you’re on the market for a wedding cake don’t make a selection until you’ve met Aileen for a tasting. I will definitely recommend Aileen and Sweetologie to my friends, and I hope to enjoy more of her creations on future celebrations.

Aileen’s cakes and cupcakes were positively amazing! The whole ordering process was wonderful and Aileen was always very responsive and helpful as I made decisions along the way. Her pricing was also very reasonable and I am SO glad I went with her for my cakes! She delivered (ON TIME!) and was wonderful to work with. Now, the cake was AMAZING! It looked exactly like I wanted and the taste was beyond perfection! I got vanilla buttercream with mango curd and also a chocolate cake with chocolate mousse and fresh raspberries. The chocolate cake was probably the best cake I’ve ever tasted. Seriously, so amazing!!! I will definitely go with Aileen for all my cake needs!

I already ordered 4 times from Sweetologie, there is no cake imaginable that she can’t do and designed to make the occasion very personalized and super special… the cakes are very detailed outside and very yummy inside with her creative flavor creations… it’s always perfect! she is easy to work with and very prompt with any of my request regarding the design, the cake size per guest, flavors and delivery. thank you Sweetologie!!!
