It’s in the ghetto. Homeless, urine smell, must unlock door to let you in because of the neighbor «hood.» Woman not helpful; attitude — as if what I am asking for: a quick and easy alteration is beyond reason. Rather than saying she didn’t want to do it — many, many, excuses. No problem, no worries; I will go elsewhere. One is made to feel like she is doing you a favor, when you are the one paying. Gratitude for the opportunity to be successful is missing. You deserve to be where you are — in the «hood.»

Very professional and organized. I’ve used them for dry cleaning, ironing, and repairs. Great quality-​to-​price ratio.

I searched for dry cleaners near my home after recently moving back to sacramento. The closest dry cleaner to me wasn’t that great so I expanded my range. I’m glad I found this place. It is in a nondescript area, but a hidden gem. The owner is always friendly and can put a rush on an item if needed. She was even able to take a tough stain out of one of my favorite jerseys. I have brought a few items to repair for missing buttons and she has never charged me for this work. She has informed me she is also a seamstress. I will be giving her a shot with the tailoring of a few suits soon.

Not such a great neighborhood (I think the owner locks up in between customers)
As for the price, it depends on what you want done. I used to come here to get collared shirts laundered and pressed. That was affordable. But I recently came in for dry cleaning for my peacoat with a belt and it was almost $ 20 for that one item. But they did a good job — a few stains were removed and all the dog hair that built up on my peacoat from me loving on my little monster were mostly gone (I specifically asked to make sure they worked on that).
Overall this is a place that I would consider bringing my business again.
