I have been coming here for the past 18 years or so. Prices have risen twice (currently $ 8). You can get a quick haircut /​fade in about 10 minutes.
Perfect for the fellas but not sure about how they do with the gals. Michelle is my favorite gal but you will need to call ahead for an appointment. She only takes appointments day off.
Neighborhood is a little ruff but worth the occasional hard look or hustle for change.

So, I wanted to get my hair trimmed before going on vacation. My husband goes there to get his hair cut all the time, and they do a pretty good job, so I thought I would give it a try. BIG MISTAKE! I have or should I say HAD very long beautiful hair. The lady cut my hair in less than 5 minutes… Are you kidding me!!! I am a woman… my hair deserves more attention than 5 minutes. I couldn’t believe it when she told me she was done… my hair was still sopping wet. The worst part was as I was walking out the door, I was feeling my hair and HUGE chunks of hair came out in my hands. She had used one of those scissors that is used to thin out hair… I didn’t ask for my hair to be thinned out… I just wanted it trimmed. So she sent me out the door without drying it or even combing out what she had chopped out. I will NEVER go there again… I am still trying to recover from this awful hair cut.
The only reason why I am giving this place 1 star because they won’t let me give it zero stars like they really deserve.

So, every time I go to Saigon (next door) with my guy friends, I always get dragged into this place.
Home of the 8 dollar fade — guys just tell them what number they want… one more thing that’s simple for guys and not women. sigh. These guys are in and out, and totally happy, in 10 minutes. They are quick and good.
