This Subway location is like any other typical Subway. They make your sandwich and you pay for it. Nothing more, nothing less. One thing I ask of them is to wipe their cutting knife every once each and every time they slice a sandwich in half. When they cut mine, it had all the leftovers of whoever ordered a sandwich before me. It could be seen where they cut my sandwich as well.

Very plain sandwich and typical subway with no flavor. This place is really small and very limited in tables. The place doesn’t smell really good and doesn’t look very clean. Much more better choices of subways in the area. I would definitely go to another one.

It’s a subway and it’s within walking distance from my work and they are fast. What else is there to be said.

This place is horrible. I’d like to write up a long clever review but this place is not worth my time. This Subway reminds me of the soup nazi from the show Seinfeld. The defining difference is that instead of yelling, «No soup for you!», the staff will just whisper about you to their co-workers. It is the only time you will ever seen any staff member here genuinely smile at a customer. Yes, because they’re laughing at you. DID I MENTIONTHISPLACEISHORRIBLE!!! Avoid this place at all costs. Not one star, ZERO stars.

Nothing irks me more than a poor business decision especially when your customers are your bread and butter of your business. Because I work across the street I’ve always been a loyal customer at this particular store, until today. I normally order a sandwich combo when I go to subway. This visit I had a coupon for a «buy one get one free 6 inch, with purchase of a drink.» I paid the employee(who I think was one of the owners) and went to fill my drink. I took a sip(probably about 2 oz of liquid) and then went to top off my drink. Before I could even press the button the employee said with a direct tone, «Refills are 80 cents.» I told him I only drank a sip and never filled it all the way because the fizz was on top. He kind of gave me a eye roll and said«okay you may do it this time only.» At this point I really didn’t care about the extra 2 oz, but really didn’t want to pay 80 cents for something that really only cost them maybe 3 or 4 cents(for a whole 30 oz cup) in product cost. He than went on to note that coupons are exempt in the free refill policy at subway. It says nothing about this on the coupon, nor anywhere in the store too. So, after this recent stint I will be going to the other Subway down on 10th and J where they might not be so much a stickler about topping up my soda when it comes to using a coupon. Business lesson for today: Don’t try and nickle and dime your loyal customers when it only comes down to penny’s, and especially when they write on Unilocal

wow, this place is gross(and i swear, one time, i saw a guy in there with a huge duffle bag that could’ve hidden a body). but for some reason, it’s always packed. i like to look in and wave at the people in line as i mosey on down the street to la bonne soup.
