Very irritated. Waited in line for about 5 minutes waiting to get a steak and cheese and when I finally got to the front they said our steak is frozen in the back and just stared at me. GO GET IT OUT SO THE NEXT PERSON COMING IN MIGHT BE ABLE TO GET IT!!! And why is it frozen on the back in the FIRST PLACE DURING BUSINESS HOURS??? Kids I swear

This is the 3rd closest Subway to my house, yet I still come to this location over the others because of 2 things: Sourdough and Swiss Cheese. A lot of other locations have one or the other, or even sometimes neither. The employees are nice and one lady is really cute. The building itself is unique and pretty cool.

I came here one morning to get a flatbread breakfast sandwhich. I got it toasted and for some reason when i got to work (right across the stree) it was soggy and dripping liqued. I didnt think too much on it and took 2 bites and istanty had to run to the rest room to vomit (TMI)! I through my sandwhich away instantly! I told my supervisor and she said she had the same experience.

The manager should be ashamed of herself. We walked into this subway on Sunday afternoon around 1 to get two sandwiches and immediately noticed that there was only 1 person working during the lunch rush and it was at least 85– 90 degrees in the place. The girl working greeted us but was so slammed that she was doing the work of 3 people. There were two people in front of us and it took over 20 minutes to get our sandwiches. Multiple customers who were waiting ended up leaving and walking across the street for lunch. When we went to the bathroom to wash our hands the lights were out as well. I will NEVER go back and if I were the young lady working there I’d quit and find a better manager to work for.

This subway is consistently being ran by incompetent employees. I never see the same employee here… except the guy with dark hair. He is the only exception to this review. On average it takes 20 – 30 minutes to get a sandwich made here. It seems like they are trying to solve a Rubix cube instead of make my sandwich, it’s really bizarre. Every time I stop by here I regret it. Chipotle from now on.

By far the best Subway I’ve ever visited. The food is always fresh (meatball sub is my go-​to). Place is always clean and stylish. Staff always friendly. I’ve noticed they greet every customer who walks in the door, which I’m sure is difficult for them during lunch and dinner rushes.
One employee in particular is especially deserving of recognition, and that’s, umm, oops. I don’t know his name, but he always works weekends and oftentimes by himself. He’s fast, very polite and hard-​working.

I go here almost every week day. I’m trying to be the next Jarod. That guy has to retire sometime.
The staff is great and fast. Much better than another Subway I used to go to downtown. This place ALWAYS has more than 1 worker there taking care of customers and if it gets busy everyone helps to get people taken care of quickly. The manager of the downtown Subway should go here to learn how to run their Subway.

Accidentally realized a new business opened up where there was previously a dentist. The usual Subway routine — fresh food, quick service, rather shy staff. Small parking lot — it’s amazing they have any parking at all in this impacted neighborhood! Continuous arrival of staff from UCDMC departments. Busy! Word to the wise… bring a paper, blackberry, palm, ipad to read while you wait.
