By far the best subway sandwich I’ve had. The food just tastes fresh. The lobby is so clean and tidy not a bad place for family dining. Came in during lunch and the staff got me out within 10 minutes. Highly recommend!

I normally avoid subways outside of my regular location, but I was in the area, and well the mood kicked in. We were greeted by one of their sandwich artist, forgot her name but she was one of the younger girls, with a huge smile and she was really helpful! She made our sandwiches with care. And since we dined in, she checked up on us if we needed anything else since the restaurant was slow and empty. The sandwiches looked pretty skinny though, the bread seemed to be really thin and not fluffy. I was kinda bummed, at first I thought it’s because my sandwich artist put too much pressure on the bread, and I wanted to ask for a new one! But hey I don’t like that ish at work so I’m not gonna do the same to someone else. If you dine at this location, there’s coupons on the back of your recipe for breakfast sandwiches, not too sure if they vary, but hey I’ll take that couple bucks off my sandwich! I hear it’s under new Mangement, which is a big plus since managers want to gain customers with their love ahem* COUPONS* :) anyways, it’s by the movie theatre, and they give 10% off with a ticket stub! Orrrrr just sneak a footlong into the theaters on your night out ;)

Worst subway ever. Bought a 6 inch flat bread and when I opened it at work there was blue ink on the bread. I took it to the nearest subway and they would not give me another sandwich or refund my money. The customer service number said to freeze the sandwich until I could bring it back to this store. WTF? Worst customer service ever.

One of the smaller store locations I’ve been to. Parking is shared with neighboring businesses and therefore can be difficult during peak hours. Staff was polite, but I would not describe as friendly. Their portion sizes when it comes to meat and veggies are smaller than other locations. The store was clean and stocked from what I could see.

Typical subway. This location is usually not that busy unless it is right at lunch hour, which is nice. Service is decent and for the most part they don’t just slap the sandwich together messily like some locations do.

I’ve got some mixed feelings about this location. I’ve been to a couple Subway locations in Vacaville and I know they all weigh their meat out but sometimes it seems like you are getting a veggie even though you ordered a cold cut or some other sandwich. While this location remains pretty clean and the items look fresh the guy behind the counter needs to lighten up. Shortly after I heard some people in line talking about their experience I decided to go with my fiancé to see if our experience would be consistent. Sorry Mr., If it is customer appreciation month you should be a little more welcoming and not have an annoyed look when people are ordering $ 2-$ 5 sandwiches. That’s the product being offered so of course that is what people are going to get!

This place was terrible! empty inside, with all the tables dirty. finally after 30 seconds the lady came from the back without a greeting or smile she said«what do you want» I preceded and told her the sandwich I wanted she didn’t ask if I wanted it toasted. that’s not a big deal though it’s just all other subways ask me. well anyways she was very very skimpy on everything she lightly sprinkled olives which gave me a total of about 6 – 8 slices but, when it came to my tomatoes come on! three slices only on a foot long really! I asked for more she rudely lifted my tomato slice up and said«I already put some on»(second word of contact spoken at this point) I said well put so more on please she did but, with a smirk. she’s done making my sandwich now and the third word of contact was«6.75» I paid and without a thank you, smile or anything she rang me out and preceded to walk to the back. I left a very dissatisfied customer I will not be back. I like subways just not this location if you like dirty tables, rude service and not getting the food you paid for then this is the place for you but, if you want clean food, good customer service, and the right amount of food your paying for then by all means don’t go here!

I go here on my lunch break and I’d say it’s a typical subway. The place is clean and the food tastes like it does at any other subway. I would say that the manager is super nice. He always remembers«my» sanwich and how I like it… nice guy.

I used to go to this Subway at least 2x a week for awhile, before they got stingy! Given it was clean and never had that funky smell, and the produce looked fresh, I would belly up and get my footlong. However, I will NOLONGER go here. The changes started with the wilted lettuce and old, mealy tomato’s. Ew. Then, I noticed that the meats looked tired and well worn, like an old shoe. How often do they throw these overcooked pieces out? Its bad enough everything is measured out, but when they tried to charge ME for wanting extra pickles, I was done. Extra pickles. Yes. I guess my pickle needs are more than 4 slices. The person who owns it is a typical cheap-ass — keeping icky old food and jacking up prices. Trust ME, had you given me some extra pickles and not charged me $ 1 for it, and had fresher produce, I might still buy from you. I suppose with all the overcharging on lettuce(she charged a friend extra for lettuce!) I guess you can live without my $$$.
