Horrible service. It’s all young looking kids working most of the time but I’ve seen young people give outstanding customer service compared to this staff. Can’t even communicate well w/​the customers and they have horrible/​awkward mannerisms. I only come here on my lunch break because I work in the downtown macy’s behind this subway and there isn’t anything else open that’s quick but I hate coming here due to the crappy service and rude employees.

Clean, easily accessible, friendly server, quaint store. Right across from the developing G1 Center. Overall good food but basic Subway fare. Went in when it was slow so kind of a different vibe then in the past. Giving the place 3 out of 5 stars.

Good location when working downtown fast and good service.
They always have a good deal for five bucks if you are not too picky on choices. Sometimes it is more veggies then meat so watch them.

They’re fine. It’s Subway, so inherently it will never be five stars. I’m almost a little embarrassed that I’m the duchess of this place though. They’re friendly here, I’ve been coming to this one for four years or so since I work close. Always clean, always stocked, always a line out the door. ;)

I always get the $ 5 footlongs here. I work on 5th and capitol mall so the location is a pretty short walk from my office.
I think they stuff the sandwiches pretty well here, compared to the one I used to frequent in Berkeley.
They’re also really fast with orders. Usually I get one on my own, but with 5 orders for our office once they were pretty fast with getting me through the line and at the cashier. Great communication.
