Starbucks

This location always have friendly staff. The only downside is this is a very busy location so the wait times are always long! They are open 24 hours now which is a plus

My kids & I come here most mornings during the week. The staff is wonderful. They are always so sweet to my twins. When we walk in they are always greeting and engaging them. They also usually have the kids cups ready. (We are here a lot. Lol) our drinks are made exactly as we ask. The parking is great. The service is fast and friendly. I love this Starbucks. It’s the only one I’ll frequent in this area.

Quick and Friendly service! The venue is clean and the staff is professional! We even found a deep purple metal lined drinks are cup! Our coffee was perfect! Unbelievable, this Starbuck’s drive through is opened for 24 hours! Definitely a 5 star experience!

Crowded but great location. Lots of parking and good atmosphere. Little nooks if you don’t want a bunch of people talking around you nice outdoor seating. Absolutely lovely wi-​fi connection.

This Starbucks is fun and amazing, a place that feels like cheers that everyone knows your name. Makes you want to tell Howard Schultz how amazing this location is. They even sell beast mode which is one of the best unique finds and drinks in Sacramento. A place where they are up to the challenge of doing drinks on the secret menu is a winner in my book.

This location deserves better ratings.
Friendly employees, ample parking, spacious interior, plenty of tables/​chairs, consistent drinks, and fast wifi. This place makes for the perfect study spot! Especially with their late hours– open until 12AM most days and 1AM on FRI and SAT.
However, despite the numerous amount of tables, this spot tends to fill up during exam weeks. I suggest coming in a bit early to get a table.
The employees will also occasionally give out samples!

Good location for coffee, the coffee here is always on point you just need to get here early because there’s usually always a big line.

Whelp, the only reason why I would come here is bcuz its on my way to work. Lines get pretty long, there’s lots of homeless ppl around and staff is just ‘okay’.

Drinks here are a hit and miss.

Love how late they open and how friendly the staff is. Super friendly environment and delicious coffee. So close to my home so I frequently stop here for all my cravings.

Disclaimer: I dislike Starbucks and in general never go to their stores.
However, today I was in the Arden area before 6 a.m. and was in the mood to check out some place new. But what’s open before 6 a.m.!? Frankly, not much if you want something more than a gas station and/​or a drive thru at a fast food chain.
When I did a Unilocal search to see what coffee shops were open, pretty much only Starbucks locations popped up. Local coffee shops take note: Starbucks has you by the pants on this one because y’all don’t open before 6 a.m. and sometimes only as late as 7 a.m. when I’m already trying to get to work.
This Starbucks location at Howe & Arden opens at 4 a.m. Even I have to admit that’s pretty cool. They have a drive thru, but I wanted to come inside to drink tea and hang out on my laptop. The inside was clean, comfortable, spacious and peaceful with nobody around this early.
I was wearing my Crunch gym shirt and had a friendly conversation with one of the baristas about working out at Crunch. Really set my morning off right. So thumbs up to the friendly staff who work here.
For my beverage, I got a hot green tea in a ceramic mug. It was enjoyable and I was able to relax and enjoy my hot beverage.
Starbucks is still not my first choice, but given that all chains are 3 stars or lower in my head by default, I’ll give this location four stars to indicate I enjoyed my experience here more than I expected I would.
I would come back if I was looking for some place to hang out or grab a drink to-​go between 4 – 6 a.m.

I usually rely for this Howe Avenue and Arden Way Starbucks location because of a good convenient place. Despite the massive décor arrangement issues months ago, they decided to remodeled that place until today as I came back on 7÷25÷2015.
As I entered this newly remodeled Starbucks, it looked fantastic than the old concept months and years ago. The atmosphere is quite calmful and relaxing as the customers are really enjoyed by sitting down on chairs or comfy sofas. Their wi-​fi has improved very well for me before they were using the slowed AT&T wi-​fi despite the low connectivity issues. The service is alright because of the customers at the drive thru, so it takes longer if your drinks will arrive on time although so far, it’s closely faster than before. No issues at all!
Every Starbucks drinks tasted very good, so I have no complaints at all including their foods too.
There’s a good, ample of parking at the Howe ’bout Arden, so you can park there easier without issues.
The good thing about this Starbucks is this location will close till midnight, so it’s a big plus for me without planning to go to Florin Road and Stockton Blvd location which it will close till 11:30 pm.
In the end, Starbucks at Howe Avenue and Arden Way is a great Starbucks place where you can get your favorite drinks day and night. A well, worthy visit! I’ll rate this: 3 ½ stars.

This place is packed with students. They have an amazing lounge area where college students can study or hang with friends. I went in to redeem my free birthday drink. Apparently my card read that it was used already but i hadn’t used it before. The barista told me «don’t worry about it, I got you». I was super happy to hear that! Super nice baristas and the drinks were on point. They seemed to be renovating the place when I went in so im looking forward to what they renovate. I’m definitely coming back for more.
The one star off is for the cluttered floors with boxes and merchandise because of renovating reasons. It just seemed messy to me. But other than that it was a great Starbucks trip.

The only Starbucks in the area that’s open late. With that said, it does get pretty crowded & loud. Seating is limited so if you’re looking for a nice spot to study, get there before the rush. There’s the typical morning rush, one at mid-​day around lunch time, & the after work rush around 5 or so. The good spots close to wall outlets are limited and are usually taken. If you study at the big long table, I suggest you bring an extension cord for your power outlet needs as there’s no outlet nearby. The staff works pretty quickly even when they’re busy and are generally nice. The restrooms are not always kept, as I would imagine with the amount of traffic that goes through the store, but are ok in cleanliness. Drinks are always tasty and their workers are very accommodating to your drink needs/​adjustments.

Yeah it’s open later than other Starbucks. Til 1am on weekends. Lots of homeless people around and pretty sketchy late at night. They have free WiFi but it’s not password protected so everyone and their mother within a 5 mile radius is on it. It barely works if at all. The space is quite big but it’s not utilized well. There’s not a lot of seating and a lot of it is shared at a large table. I wouldn’t recommend coming here to try and get any work done. As far as just coming for coffee it’s a Starbucks. Nothing any different than any other location besides the parking here is horrendous during the day and you may be forced to park further away where it’s not well lit at night if there’s a show going on at the comedy club.

Still as grand as I remember, the baristas here just keep getting better, I still like Robin by choice she really takes her time with her drinks and they are masterfully done. Diana is the sweetest by far also the funniest, this group of employees really can bring a smile to your day with great service and excellent drink. If this was an art form I would call these drinks a masterpiece in their own rights. And no, not all Starbucks are created equally.
Consistency is the issue, even within this Starbucks not all drinks are made equally, some can be over caffeinated or even far too milky it seems to take a special person to craft an evenly balanced drink with just the right amount of cream, steam, and expresso. 4 Stars!

Not a lot of choices late sunday night at 11pm. Having a drive through is a bonus. The girl working the late shift was super sweet and got our drinks fast. The guy in front of us was an a hole who threw his straw wrapper after getting his order and when she said something he started backing up at us and arguing. How hard can it be to keep your wrapper and throw it away later with your cup? What a nutsack. The girl clearly doesnt deserve that and apparently it’s a group of regulars that does that. I guess you gotta put up with all types in this area but kudos to her for standing up against it.

This Starbucks is very big with plenty of tables and chairs which makes it a good location to study or just to talk with some friends over coffee. This location is very close by schools and many businesses so it can get extremely busy throughout the day, so plan your coffee runs accordingly.
I almost never get any smiles out of the baristas here whether it’s busy or not. If you’re looking to have a friendly conversation with your barista, this location isn’t really for you. But if you just want your coffee asap, don’t need any staff members to be friendly or outgoing, and to get the heck out of there, this place is great because they work fast. In, and out!

Lots of lounge seating but a lack of tables.
The baristas are friendly and the drinks are ok. Fairly clean and well organized.
The only plus of this location is it has a drive through.

By far the worst customer service at a Starbucks. I walked up to order and just wanted to double check something in the case so I leaned over to take a second look before ordering, I saw the girl who was ringing me up look over at her coworker and roll her eyes. This literally took two seconds or three seconds (TOPS), there was no one in front of me and no one behind me. Totally uncalled for but luckily I don’t make scenes (I just drag through mud on Unilocal) *exaggerated wink*
Oh so rude. Too early in the morning for that kind of attitude (and out of nowhere) and if that wasn’t intended for me, don’t put me in that situation.
This place is just busy because of its location.
