I seem to always have great customer service, good food, clean, with great atmosphere. Best Sizzler in the area

Our server and Greeter were wonderful. Food quality on the snack bar was ok. However the chicken was under cooked, the meat on the taco bar was water down and soups too. I was very disappointed. When I spoke to the Manager he was rude, lack empathy and nor did he offer another option. We showed the server the under cooked chicken and the quality of the meat. Even though she agreed she was not comfortable in speaking to management so I did. Because of the behavior of the manager I will not patronize this location again.

Sizzler has never been my thing but today I said what the heck! I was pleasantly surprised. The salad bar was amazing, the drinks were large, my steak was juicy and full of flavor. The cons for me were the ordering system. I dont like the idea of paying first and tipping before we are served. The plus side was that the place was exceptionally clean and the staff was very friendly. Overall a good experience.

Sizzler is one of those places you go to just because. The food is alright, but the ambiance is really what stops you from going. Surprisingly, I loved this sizzler from service to the food to the vibe. Its super clean and organized unlike basically every other sizzler i’ve ever been to in my lifetime, it makes me want to go back. This is honestly worthy of 4 stars, but since its unlike any other sizzler it deserves 5. Also, major props on dealing with my aunt and the whole receipt ordeal. Super patient and remained super friendly until the end of our stay.

My original rating was 1 star, but the cashier had awesome customer service so she boosted up the restaurant to 2 stars. Um entrée is mediocre. I ordered a salmon and mashed potatoes. The salmon lacked taste. It was very bland and dry. The mashed potatoes were worse! It was dry also and was not tasty whatsoever. My entrée tasted watered down. However, the salad was pretty delicious. You know your food sucks when the salad tastes better than the entrée. Was not worth the money and I wouldn’t give it another try.

I love the salad bar at sizzler! The price is a little higher than it used to be but the variety is great and this location is always clean. I recommend!

First time here and probably will be the last. After our food was brought out they didn’t even bother to check up on us, sitting here dying of thirst with no servers tending to us. Food is ok at best nothing to drive out of your way for. Overall this was not a pleasant dining experience, for the amount of money I spent here I should at least get a refill but guess not. Pass it up unless your really starving and can stand crappy service!

I’ve always had a good experience at this Sizzler. I have been here for group work lunches and other times just for lunch or dinner. I have never been disappointed. The server today was extremely friendly and helpful — always keeping our drinks full and the cheese bread coming! I had the Malibu chicken and steak with french fries which was very good. I have one recommendation when it comes to the cooking of your steak. Always order it cooked longer than you generally like it. For example: if you like medium-rare, I would order it medium and it will come out perfect. If you like your steak medium I would order it well-done. If you want it well-done, well you’ll just have to tell them to use a blow torch. The meat is surprisingly very juicy and flavorful and you get a decent portion. The soda is always on point and you just can’t go wrong with that cheesy bread… very satisfied with all of my experiences at this particular Sizzler.

Every Veterans Day they give me a free meal. I regularly eat at this one and love the salad bar, and GREATCUSTOMERSERVICE! Pleasant atmosphere, TV’s! Keep up the good work, after my bad experiences at the now closed Sizzler in Elk Grove-you’ve reestablished my trust…

I had stomach problems a few hours after I left the restaurant. Ordered the cordon chicken which arrived cold, and appeared to be a deep fried frozen chicken patty with a piece of dried ham and cheese on the top. I complained and the waitress said that’s how its made. Went to the manager and he said the same thing. He didn’t appear to care about how it appeared, that it arrived cold, and that I was dissatisfied. Ordered the salad bar with the meal at an additional $ 5.95 plus the $ 14.95 which made the meal pricey. The salad bar has lots of what appears healthy and tasty salads, but many of the bowels were half empty. The soup was overly salted and disappointing. I have eaten at the Sizzler on Douglas Blvd and found the food tasted fresher with the trays filled to the top… and I didn’t have stomach problems afterwards. I will not go back to this restaurant.

Sitting her waiting for sour cream for my baked potato while every one at my table is almost finished eating dinner. My potato is cold now.

A bit on the expensive side, but the food is pretty good. Be careful when you order onions or mushrooms with your meal because they just delivered a trough to our table. As usual the salad bar is pretty good with lots of choices, if they just bring rolls to your table ask him to bring you some cheesy bread apparently they still have it.

A decent lunch experience. When I think of Sizzler, the first thing that pops into my head is «salad bar». So that is exactly what I wanted to try from this location. You can of course try other food items such as burgers, steaks, chicken and the usual… but thats not why I would visit. This location has a very nice restaurant layout. Large booths with many tvs lining the walls, usually playing sports programming. The restaurant is very clean and well kept, which is good to see since other Sizzler locations have been hit or miss on cleanliness. The Salad Bar had all of the usual items that you would expect, like various types of lettuce, spinach and other greens. Toppings were decent, but there could have been more. Just something that might seperate itself from its competitors like Hometown Buffet. Still, pretty good. The hot food side of the bar is what usually brings my experience down. Soups, great. But everything else just tastes like cheap, microwavable foods. Spagetti, tacos, potato wedges and wings are all just average. Dessert is kind of the same. Just average. Icecream is usually the star of the show, but today seemed very liquified. They have other offerings such as bread pudding and rice krispy treats if those are your cup of tea. The best part of my meal is always the cheesy bread that comes with your lunch/dinner. It is always delicious. Overall, it is just what I expected. An average Salad bar experience with little to no suprises. Honestly, It was an ok experience, but I would rather give somewhere like Hometown Buffet my lunch money.

No complaints! Drinks were refilled super fast and the salad bar was awesome. The food was what you would expect from a place like Sizzler. Nothing out this world, but it’s not too expensive either. Very solid place overall.

My mom has been wanting to go to Sizzler for years. I’m not sure why, but we finally went this year. First for Mother’s Day and the most recent, Father’s Day. Personally, I don’t really like the setup of how they run things. You gotta order at the register BEFORE being seated. I like to sit down first then order. Also, you pay tip up front too. I REALLY don’t like that. I’m the type of person that bases the tip on how well the server treats us. I don’t wanna pay upfront for a half– assed server. That’s two things I don’t like about Sizzler. On Mother’s Day, my experience was eh. It was PACKED! Service was okay. She was nice. Food was good, but nothing too exciting. For Father’s Day, sigh. I kinda wish it was busy so I can give them that excuse for being so… unorganized. We were seated in the back, and our server, Susie, was super friendly! So upbeat! Loved it! We had waited for our orders maybe a good 30 min or so, and this other waitress comes by and asked, «Who ordered the shrimp platter?» Um, nobody did. She gave us this face that was really… kinda rude. As if we had lied to her. Dude, not our food. Somebody told you the wrong table. Strike one. Another 10 min passed, and I see another waitress and, what seemed to be the owner, carrying a lot of food to the table next to us. They were asking who’s this plate and who’s that plate. The customers had a confused look on their face. So, they tried our table, and it was our food! Strike two. When the waitress asked, «Is there anything else?» my dad initially said no, so she darted off before he could change his mind. They forgot his soup. Kinda rude, but whatever. Strike three. Then we got a hold of Susie and told her about the soup situation. She was nice enough to have my dad get unlimited soup. Minus one strike. I had the cedar wood salmon. It was glazed with some sweet sauce, maybe sugar and honey. Whatever it was, it was good! I HIGHLY recommend it! It is cooked/placed on a slab of wood. When you take a bite, you can taste the wood flavor. It was GOOD! Aside from the miscommunication and unorganization, the food here isn’t too bad. I would like it better if their ordering system was changed, but I guess that’s what makes them them. I want to personally thank Susie for making our visit a good one. So upbeat and friendly! Too bad you were assigned to another section. Your replacement didn’t even check up on us or anything… strike one on her.

Horrible food, it’s a salad bar for God Sake can you have salad items. Produce was not fresh, no chicken, potato wedges cold & no flavor. I feel bad my dad loves this place & likes to go on his birthday & Father’s Day & it’s always horrible. We will never come back here again ! Horrible management as well.

I was so entirely unhappy with my experience here. My husband and I showed up at 9:20pm on a Saturday. The hostess didn’t even greet us. The first words out of her mouth were«Do you know what you want to order.» Since when is that a proper greeting at a restaurant?! So I asked why this restaurant closes at 9:30pm when online it says it closes at 10pm. I purposely chose this place because it closed at 10! She responded with«No we close at 9:30. We’ve always closed at that time.» I told her that she might want to have her manager update the website. So incredibly rude! I will never be back here. Train your staff to be polite to customers!

Is has been a long time since I have been to Sizzler’s, so when I heard of a new one in town I took a stroll down memory lane and checked it out. Needless to say it’s just as good as I remembered it to be. Whenever I go to Sizzler, I always get the salad bar because there is so much to choose from. I love that they have different types of salads, pasta, and fruits to choose from. The salad toppings they have for you to choose from are endless. If you only wanted to eat salad, you can definitely make a meal out of this. I like that they also give you some hot food options with the salad bar too. They typically will have a few soups you can choose from, the clam chowder is really good. They have a taco bar where you can create your own tacos or taco salad. With ingredients like pinto beans, salsa, guacamole, chicken, and beef to name a few you can create a lot. They have really good fried chicken too. You can either have fruit for dessert or soft serve ice cream or choose from the deserts that are fresh baked. I like the apple crisp and a bit of vanilla ice cream on top. The place is really clean and the wait staff is very friendly and accommodating. Great place for large parties and people of all ages.
