The most bland wannabe Italian food ever, I stopped by cuz I desperately needed a fast lunch and I essentially burned my $ 8. Couldn’t even finish the slice of tasteless pizza; the best part of the meal was the soda.

Yesterday I ordered a pepperoni pizza and a salad as a side dish and it was good and all, but as I was eating the salad I realized that there was a dead house fly in it. The fly looked like it had been dead for more than a day so I honestly have no idea since when it had been in their food. I was so disgusted. Now I question the sanitation of their kitchen. I don’t plan on ever eating here again. Be careful if you plan to eat here because they aren’t careful with what gets in their food, so you might end up eating contaminated garbage. I always liked this place, but after this experience I am just so disappointed how they let this happen.

Good mall food…
I have eaten at a few Sbarro locations, and this is one of my favorites.
When you walk up to the counter, you can clearly see what you are going to order. All items are displayed, and usually look pretty tasty. Today, I ordered the Sicilian pepperoni and sausage with bread sticks.
The pizza was really good. The edges were nice and crispy, the cheese was melted nicely and the toppings tasted great. The sauce is a little overpowering with herbs and spices for my taste, but that’s just a personal preference. The bread sticks on the other hand, were not great. They tasted a little old and dried out… more a croûton than bread stick. Oh well, I don’t go for the bread sticks anyhow.
The lady at the counter was nice, and smiled the entire transaction. Service was quick and pleasant.
Overall I always enjoy my lunch at Sbarro. I will probably return soon, just for the pizza though.

I use to eat this at this place 15 years ago and the pizza was really good! Now the pizza is only good when it’s fresh! The pasta is always good but the pizza is better when it fresh out the oven!

This worker named Nicole should not be working there! Pretty rude and made no attempt to provide good customer service skills. I don’t lll be back

These people are idiots. I gave my order in detail and they still manage to misconstrue it at time to pay. Plus a couple of the staff rolled their eyes while I walked away

After ordering and waiting for a new batch baked ziti I felt sick to my stomach after a couple bites, so I would not recommend it

I want to give this place higher, because I enjoy the food, and usually choose this in most mall food courts.
Essentially, the «Panda Express» of Italian food… and again, not necessarily a bad thing.
However, one thing irks me… There is a manager (?) there who is «matter-​of-​fact» with all customers, in that it is strictly business, yet she seems quite curt with her employees. I have been here twice in the past month, and whether they did something wrong on the register, or she needs more parmesan cheese, she just always seems pissed at her employees… even when they seem to be doing right.
For a mall-​food court place, 3 to 4. However, that one manager just makes me feel uneasy about how people should be treating their coworkers.

Not sure why all the bad reviews. The pizza is pretty good and it’s perfect for when you need something in the mall. The service was prompt and courteous. It’s a sbarro not a 5 star restaurant.

Ok, it’s Sbarro. It’s not fancy. But the food here is consistently tasty and fresh and the staff is extremely friendly and nice. Plus it’s the only place in the mall food court that gives drink refills.

Don’t waste your money here. Went here tonite at 730pm. I received a combination pizza that was so soggy and old can’t believe it was served to me. The guy behind the counter was polite but can’t believe he served it. Everything was old and dried out. Looked very unsanitary also. I will never waste my money here. Disgusting.

BAD customer service. The girl getting my pizza, who had hair past her waist in a ponytail Not braid or bun and with food in her mouth, was veryyy upset that I asked to wait to get my food until my friends cheese slice was made so we can eat together. She grabbed my slice of pepperoni from the oven and without saying a word, slammed it back onto the display pan and just rolled her eyes. When all the food was ready, we went back to pay and the manager rang us up. again, another with horrible customer service. She didn’t great us as we walked up to the registrar and when my friend nicely told her she didn’t want the receipt, the manager said «there’s a trash can behind you» and walked away… just as there was a trash can behind her.
The young pizza guy was nice and the food was good.

Meh. Overpriced pizza that’s not very authentic. You could do better, even at a mall.

Back in 1998: Sbarro cheese pizza was good!
I’m not sure what happened.
The sauce had zero flavor, no spices, and the cheese just wasn’t at plentiful.
I thought maybe it was just me; but my snack companion had the same feelings.

On Black Friday 2010 I was at the mall and went to Sbarro pizza. The manager was working the register and had accidentally charged me 47bucks for a 4dollar piece of pizza. She was very remorseful. She immediately called the company to see how to get my money back. In 2days my money was back in my account, and I received a free pizza and drink from it!
Overall, she was one of the best managers I’ve seen yet. PROFESSIONAL YET CHARISMATIC!

I’m just rating based on this location.
ordered my slice of pizza, the lady put it in the oven, i’m just waiting and yeah still waiting, pizza is done but yet i’m doing some more waiting because the cashier lady obviously didn’t know what she was doing oh my goodness i was getting so impatient especially knowing the fact that my slice of pizza was going to be cold by the time i paid and sure enough it was cold. i was not a happy camper, but i proceeded to add my parmesan and sit down and eat was i happy? no but i didn’t feel like complaining so i just took it like a champ –_​–
btw when sbarro’s pizza gets cold its not delicious whatsoever ughh yuck

Baked Zitti and the garlic bread. Yummy! It’s consistent and they give large portions. I don’t know anyone who can finish the whole dish in one sitting. Even though there’s a bunch of other choices at this food court, the Baked Zitti att Sbarro is a good, hearty bet. Guaranteed you’ll be full, maybe even get a little food coma.
It’s one place that sits well in my stomach! The sauce is not very acidic, which is beyond awesome!
