The worst damn service I have evee had. They have messed up on our orders 3 out of the last 4 times. And they still show attitude and have the worst possible customer service. Last time this place is used.

The more I think about this the more I want to complain .we ordered a Pizza last night over the phone for pickup we left the house a little after the time they said it would be done to make sure to give them enough time. When we get there they only cooked or chicken wings haven’t even started the pizza so too appease us we got a free soft drink when another half hour has gone by we asked about a pizza and again we were informed they hadn’t even started it. This time they offered us a free salad to appease us once again. By this time we were very hungry and very upset because we saw people who came in after us leave already or already have their pizzas to take home we finally got our pizza after being there an hour along with the wings, which we asked for blue cheese and a ranch dressing for the dip and we ended up with two ranch. Even though this round table is right around the corner I’m going to think long and hard and probably twice before I ever go there again it was just appalling the service and one young gentleman saying he was sorry and he wasn’t even the pizza cooker I will add that the pizza and the wings where excellent but the service totally sucked

This specific location is one that I go to often, the staff is always very nice and always greets me when I walk in & will come to our table and ask if we need anything else. For lunch buffet they always have pizzas out and ready unless they are crazy busy but that is understandable and the salad is always cold and fresh

This place has horrible customer service. The manager is always rude. It’s not so much the employees. The manager always has an attitude and directing her employees in a rude manner. She doesn’t care about the customers and is just plain RUDE!!!

I got here at 5:45 on a Sunday. Ordered the pizza and the girl at the register said it was going to be 45 minutes for the pizza. I said ok and ordered a salad to munch on while waiting. We waited over an hour for our pizza, it never came. We got our money back and went to sushi instead! They got one star because the restaurant was clean and cool inside.

It was our 1st night out in over a month & we chose Round Table — 1 that wasn’t even in our neighborhood!!! We walked in & we had great service from the get go!!! the staff was friendly, the salad bar was nice & chilled, pizza hot & fresh!!! We were able 2 enjoy our night 2gether as a family!!! Food is delicious, when this location get’s it right. Staff could be nice, if they ever got customer service right. Latest experience: Called the order in for delivery, this time just for an extra large single topping pizza. Was told it would be 45 minutes. As a plus, because I was unable to place the order online as I usually to, they still took an online coupon code over the phone. After an hour, received a call saying they had made the pizza on the wrong crust, and I could either accept the pizza as is, or they could remake it but it would be another 25 minutes. No discount was offered, but they did say they were sorry for the mix up. Pizza arrived 30 minutes after the phone call. Delivery guy said he was sorry for the delay, and he didn’t know what caused it. I told him it was because the pizza was made incorrectly and they had to remake it. He replied«Well, at least they gave you a discount for the mistake, right?» At this point I was being handed the receipt to sign after a credit card imprint was made(which I find weird if I give them the info over the phone or online), so I said that I wasn’t offered a discount, and upon checking the final total I saw that the final total remained unchanged as well(online code still applied, however). Other highlights from past experiences: Pros: — Food is mostly delivered hot, on time, and what I asked for. — Location will take online coupon codes if they are not working correctly with online ordering. Cons: — I understand the requirement for the card holder to be present with a valid ID at the time of delivery, but I don’t understand why an imprint of my card is needed as well. Every time I ask why it is needed, I’m simply told it is «company policy»… but other Round Table Locations don’t require it. Lastly, my favorite story from this location which brought this review from a 3 star to a two star: Just as before I ordered a pizza for delivery. I get the pizza delivered on time and hot, and start to eat a slice… only to notice that there doesn’t seem to be any sauce under the cheese. I check a few other slices… and then pull the entire pizza apart… only to discover that there in fact is NO sauce what so ever on the pizza. I called the location and explained what had happened, and was told that the pizza I had ordered usually comes with«light sauce» and I «must not be used to the lighter amount of sauce». No apology was given. I explained that this was my usual order, I knew how much sauce was on it, and this pizza had zero sauce, period. I asked for a new pizza to be delivered, and was told they were«pretty busy, it’ll be 60 – 75 minutes before a new pizza could be delivered». I told them that was unacceptable, but they refused to give a better time. I was told if I brought the pizza in myself a new one could be ready in about 30 minutes. I drove down and a new pizza was just coming out for me. I gave them the first pizza and it was quickly taken to the back kitchen. I was given the explanation that another customer around the same time I placed my order ordered the exact same pizza as me with light sauce, and they had switched the pizzas. I said that’s fine, but that pizza has zero sauce at all. The worker refused to acknowledge that the pizza had no sauce, and insisted it had light sauce. I stopped arguing the point. No apology was given, and no refund/discount was offered despite the bad experience. Other Con that did not factor into the rating: The online site for the company always redirects me to another location that doesn’t deliver to my address, and at times it drops items from my order and I have to correct the order with a follow up phone call.

Well I love round Table Pizza and will always say it is the best of the pizza chains, however I will say with Domino’s not only would I not pay $ 25 to have a medium pizza delivered but I would get Parmesan cheese plates and napkins with my order, in my personal opinion a restaurant with such a reputation and with so many negative reviews on Unilocal would be striving to improve that image and rating. While I love the pizza from this company, this location falls short in many ways…

Food is always delivered on time and extremely hot. I also very much appreciate the follow up phone call prior to delivery and request to see my ID and credit card at time of delivery for extra security and anti identity theft. It may be an inconvenience but it’s nice to know that my card can’t be used by someone else.

Food was yummy, but they provided one fork for a 2 pasta order and no napkins. We could not differentiate which pasta had no bacon on it. Instead of packing our stuff in a bag, the deliverer stacks our 2 pasta and puts the bag on top of the pasta. Very unprofessional.

XL extra cheese… Extra ham… light sauce…3 separate occasions the order was not correct. 3 separate occasions the reason is for new people. I am so sick of paying $ 30 for a pizza and it not being made correctly! It’s not rocket science… Thanks for making me have to drive across town to another round table cause you guys cannot seem to get an order right. Zero stars is I could.

Placed an online order, paid for it with debit card, payment was accepted, everything good. Or so I thought. Upon arrival the employee informed me that they needed to run an imprint of my debit card«to cut down on credit card misuse». Excuse me? I refused, I said I paid for my order and your company already has my money, I want what I paid for. They persisted, saying it was company policy. I asked for the manager, when she appeared I asked for a refund and told her why. She said they’d waive the requirement this time only. That’s fine, I won’t be going back.

I’ve placed online orders for delivery from this location before and didn’t have a problem. We usually plan ahead knowing that the wait time is roughly 50 minutes for online orders. A half an hour past the wait time, I call the location. The first girl that I’m speaking with claims that there are no delivery orders in the system. When I informed her that I placed my order online and have an email confirmation, she abruptly puts me on hold and another woman gets on the phone and is telling me the same thing. She asks me for my phone number, and as I’m telling her ‘916284…’, I hear her repeating back to me, ‘916384…’. And stating that its not in the system. I repeat back to her putting emphasis on ‘TWO’, ‘916284…’. She repeats back to me again, ‘916384…’. We go through this four times, why I continue to put emphasis on ‘TWO’. At this point, I think she’s deliberately keying in the wrong number so that she can say that its not in there. I finally ask her to repeat my number back to me. She says that she can’t, that the system deletes the number after the search. She then asks if I placed the order with another location. I explain to her that I have an email confirmation for that particular location. Amazingly, once I tell her that, the order mysteriously appears in their system an hour and a half after I placed the order. I get a half hearted apology, my pizza arrives one hour late. They usually provide plates, napkins, and peppers and cheese; I got none of that this time around. I would think they would have discounted my order or offered to discount my next one. Nothing.

I’ve been ordering from this Round Table for years. It was always a decent pizza until about a year ago. Tonight’s order was the WORST yet. The gentleman on the phone was very pleasant and my order was read back to me correctly. The order I received tonight was soggy and had extra sauce when I asked for light sauce. My last order also failed to have light sauce on it. Just disappointing when you spend $ 30(this includes a $ 5 tip to the driver) for four pieces of pizza. I only ate those because I was starving. The rest are in the garbage.

What might have been 3 stars, because you managed to outperform every other RT in town by not messing up a simple order, is 2 stars — for not accepting the Unilocal 15% off coupon… which has your specific store address on it. Pretty sure it’s not cool for you to advertise a discount and then say you don’t accept it. But who am I to argue with the people making my food?
