I went in with my husband a few months ago to return a junior sized size 9 jeans he bought for me. I asked if the guy that worked there if he had any women’s sizes and he proceeded to argue with me that women’s sizes and junior sizes were the same and I had no idea what I was talking about it. I just laughed and said ok. Well then I guess you don’t have what I need and I need to just return my jeans and get my money back. This guy STILL couldn’t let it go and kept arguing with me. I told him he was giving horrible customer service and I just wanted to drop the matter. He kept insisting he was correct about the sizes. It was very exasperating and the man’s attitude was disgusting. I’ve never been treated that way by any establishment and will not be going back again.
