Sacramento Pizza

Pizza is mediocre, but service is horrible. Didn’t bring both of the drinks I order only brought 1, and only put 1 of the 3 toppings I order on the pizza but still charged me for everything I order. The wings are good size but they are precooked and already have a buffalo sauce on them, so don’t order any other flavor otherwise they have 2 flavors and taste like crap. I would recommend that you find somewhere else to have a meal.

Sacramento Pizza doesn’t respect locals!!!
I just called to order a halal pepperoni pizza and the rudest lady wouldn’t take my order. After 4 years of ordering from this place and tipping the delivery driver graciously every time, I have been disappointed at the most inopportune time. I was under the impression that this pizza place served halal but obviously not, even though I have ordered halal pepperoni pizza before. This used to be the place I would be guaranteed to get a pizza delivered at late ours. I will definitely make an appearance in person during busy hours to make a scene. They now do not serve Sacramento residents after hours even being called Sacramento Pizza. The rude woman told me if I was calling from a hotel she would deliver but Sacramento Pizza doesn’t deliver to Sacramento locals.

i usually order pizza from the usual name brand pizza places like dominos or pizza hut, but i don’t really like the pizza hut near me, the pizza’s never really that great and i always end up spending more than i want to. so, i decided to go for something new today and pick a local pizza place. i ordered a medium pepperoni just to keep it simple and see how i liked it. it took like an hour and a half to get here, and when it did get here it was mediocre.
the pizza seemed recklessly put together like there was a whole slice missing cheese, and another slice had a weird brown spinach leaf baked in. it was like they just kind of threw stuff on it and put it in an oven, and it also wasn’t even hot when it got here. it was warm but didn’t seem fresh at all. overall, it wasn’t gross and giving the benefit of the doubt, maybe it’s better when you actually go in or the pizza is freshly made, but i can’t say i’d order from here again.

Incredibly rude! Delivery took 30 min more than expected. Food was completely cold. 1^st and last time!

Great pizza for a good price. It’s one of the few that’s still good the next day cold. My favorite is the Chef special with thick crust An XL feeds our family 6 (and these are kids that out grew happy meals years ago!). Like most pizza places delivery times are really long, so I pick up but you get a few 2 litre with pick up orders so I don’t mind.

This pizza place is a no go! I asked if the jalapeño poppers were chedder the lady response was «well what does it say on the paper» rude!!! The delivery took an hour and was cold. We order a combination pizza we opened the pizza box no cheese or olives on our pizza. It looked like they did half ass job!

Pizza was good, good price, and fast delivery.
Service was also nice. Free bread sticks! Can’t go wrong!

I ALWAYS order from this place online… The food is really good but they take forever to deliver. FOREVER! They even go over the time they give you for delivery. I’ve called twice to check on my order and they told me it was on their way and they just took forever. Very disappointing with that.

If you are looking for high quality pizza, don’t go here… If you are looking for great value pizza that is yummy, this is the place for you!
Lots of options and very nice prices.
Food is not crazy greasy which is a huge plus for me. On a college budget, I highly recommend. I also recommend the takeout special.
One interesting thing about this place is that it KINDA tastes different each time. Like they mix or water things down differently. If you care about that sort of thing

The pizza made me sad. It took over an hour to be delivered but I was not that worried about it because it is Saturday night. The pizza itself though was pretty bad, sorta warm with thick dense crust and eh toppings. Won’t be ordering from here again :/

We have ordered here numerous times. Kinda shady but found a decent pie. So tonight we ordered and received the wrong pizza. We called, she told me we got the right pizza in regards to the size but failed to understand it was the TYPE that was the mistake. She assured me the right pizza was on the way. 10 minutes later the pizza delivery driver showed up questioning us and demanded the pizza back. We samples the awful combo with old vegetables to edge the hunger and it made us sick. Still waiting for the right pizza.

Been here a couple times and I always order the cheese bread! Never disappointed by it. If you want something cheesy and a (lil greasy) then get the cheese bread. It’s always hot and fresh out the oven. For one order it’s a little over $ 4 but totally worth it.
I also ordered the large combination pizza included pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, green peppers, and onions.
The downside: it was expensive. Total came to be about $ 18

My wife and I just ate here for the first time. I cant believe we waited this long to try it.
Staff: Super friendly! The lady who took our order was very kind and suggested we get the special which included breadsticks for the same price we were about to pay for just the pizza.
Food: Better than I was expecting! It’s nothing gourmet but at the price point I was very surprised by how good it was. Nice and thick with good crust.
Price: So cheap! An extra large with two toppings AND breadsticks for only $ 12? I’ll never eat at Little Sleazer’s across the street again.

Placed our order at 7:30 pm. Order taker was very friendly and helpful. I explained that I am here out of town unsure of hotel location and needed help finding their online menu. She directed me to the site but also helped me place our order verbally.
Delivery was fast and friendly, clocking in at the estimated 45 minutes, and was at no additional charge.
We ordered 1 medium calzone and 2 larges, figuring they wouldn’t be very big at $ 6 and $ 7, respectively. WHOA. They were HUGE! The crust was thin and floppier than I typically prefer, but was cooked thoroughly, no raw dough. Each calzone had some cheese, if you like a decent amount, DO order extra! Each calzone has 2 toppings. We could taste all toppings in each bite.
We also ordered a side of chicken strips at $ 6 for the baby. They were frozen and warmed, but for $ 6 I wasn’t expecting hand-​cut, fresh strips. Some were gristly and fatty, which is par for the course with frozen chicken strips.
My daughter didn’t care for her calzone– she got chicken and philly-​cheesesteak strips. The «steak» strips was «steakums», a pressed, flavored beef product.
I enjoyed my chicken and artichoke calzone, though some of the artichoke leafs were reminiscent of plastic bits (not the fault of the restaurant, I’m sure!) The chicken bites were decent size chicken breast chunks.
The marinara dip was too spicy for my taste, and tasted canned, a little «tinny.»
My husband *devoured* his canadian bacon and pineapple calzone. He rolled it up and wolfed it down in such a way calzones around the world cowered in fear. I asked if he liked it or if he was just starving, he said «meh, 6 of one, half dozen of the other.» Though I know from experience if he hadn’t found it palatable he would have made an excuse about being full.
All in all– it was affordable, quick, delivered. Employees were friendly, and wait times were accurate. Absolutely adequate!

Halal pepperoni pizza open until 12?! Count me in! Love this place, they deserve more credit some of yall need to go shove your face in some little ceasars before talking bad about this place.

Tonight is the first time I have ordered pizza and wings and I have to say that I like the pizza a lot. Now to be fair I only ordered extra cheese but even without fancy toppings it was good. The crust was nice and soft and chewy and the sauce and cheese tasted fresh. Also the pizza was hot when I got it.
I asked them not to make the wings spicy and they complied. They had a good flavor and a mild spice that a wimp like me can handle.
I ordered on Grub Hub and it was fast and easy. I was offered several free options because I spent more than $ 15.00. I chose the cinnamon bread which was still warm, light and fluffy, buttery and not overly cinnamonny. Had one after dinner and the rest is going to be for breakfast on Sat and Sunday.
Order to door approx 45 minutes and this is on a Friday night an they are approx 10 minutes away from me. All of the food was prepared well and the way I wanted it and was hot when I got it.
No complaints from me. I will definitely order from them again.

(from April 2014) I’ve ordered a few times from them disregarding the negative reviews. Thinking it was a fluke; my last order was all sorts of wrong. An order placed online at 10:30p when it’s stated they close at 1:30a (through the online ordering & 1am on Unilocal) so I reached out around an hour and was told the driver is on their way. Well at 1:20a I called the restaurant and no answer. Went through Eat24 to confirm what happened to my order… They know nothing and I wasted 2hrs where I could have gone somewhere else. Eat24 was nice enough to correct the financial aspect of the transaction but Sacramento Pizza should learn to pick up the phone and call someone this type of business practice explain why people don’t like them. I will say the quality of their food is amazing…

The store never did apologize for this situation, but the quality of their pizza can’t be beat!

My first time ordering from here was okay. The pizza was mediocre at best. What made it not worth it was the neighborhood. I grew up around here so I should be used to it, but having to come here at night alone still would make anyone nervous.
The reason for the one star is because when i decided to give this place a second try, I ordered over the phone. The person taking my order got my order wrong and delivered me a pizza with anchovies. I thought my order was clear since I asked her if they have linguica as a topping here. She said yes and so I said I’d like a linguica pizza. She kept asking me to repeat my order and in the end, I think both of us were too frustrated to continue communicating. So she ended up saying she got my order down and didn’t even repeat it to me to confirm if it was right. Just hung up the phone. By the time the pizza was delivered to my house, I did not want to wait any longer so I just picked out all the anchovies and ate very salty cheese pizza thanks to the anchovies. All this happened a while ago and I am happy to say I have NOT been back since.
I would give only half a star for the price here and hours. Otherwise, you get what you pay for.

. I received my order exactly 31 minutes after submission. The delivery driver was kind and courteous. The food was properly packaged and steaming hot. Once we opened the boxes everything was in perfect condition. The cheese and veggies had been properly portioned and cooked to perfection on both pizzas. The crusts were perfectly golden brown, not greasy, and firm. The quality indigence on-​top stayed intact. I was very please to find a reasonably priced pizza that was fresh, hot, and delicious.
Cons: Sold Coke products during online ordering but delivered comparable Pepsi products. Some Menu items contained no description, so, we had to call the store to find out what actually came on some of the pizzas. This was no big deal, but things the establishment could improve.

I’ve ordered from this place a couple of times and the lady on the phone is always rude, but the pizza was ok, but tonight I just received burned pizza and they won’t even make me a new one
