Looove this gallery! The art complex features some of the best local Sacramento artists, all with different mediums and beautiful artworks! Love being able to meet a lot of the artists, as there are also working studios too. I spent 3 hours there, easily could have been there longer if time permitted. Walking into the main room and being greeted by a super nice woman who knew so much about the artists was great. Finding your way down the hall and going from studio to studio was an adventure in itself! This gallery will take you down a hall and up some stairs to more studios. Great place! Love it and will be retuning soon!

Supporting local art is something Sacramento has been known for. Considering it’s nearly Christmas time, and you’re going to be shopping for Christmas gifts why not do the community a solid & check out this place first? I went in at 5:45 on a Tuesday, and checked out the big lobby show. The lady let me know there was art all throughout the building. Meander down the downstairs or upstairs corridor & check out the 25 studios of artists in all styles. Awesome graphic civil rights inspired paintings, tragic line drawings, an area dedicated to toys in art, psychedelic pet portraits, the works. It really is a fabulous place to spend an afternoon browsing. Go local arte!

Sacramento’s secret treasure with 22 – 30 inhouse artists showing their unique artwork. The front Gallery is Gallery 2110 and it has something new every month out front and up in the loft. Art Of Toys is the anchor of the second floor with artists that create their art in the forms or use toys to make their art. It is great for the inner child! There is a great diverse collection of artists and mediums. Make this the first stop on your artwalk or in search of the perfect piece!

Went here today after lunch with the hubs. Way cute! It was filled with adorable ceramic dogs, puppy paintings that were on enamel canvas, awesome metal statues of farm animals. I loved it.

The Sacramento Art Complex is our town’s newest, most amazing collection of diverse art! I’m saying this mainly because I have walked through, spotted the artists and found them friendly and approachable. On Second Saturday, they’re all here. And you can talk to them about their work. The way it is set up, there’s a featured artist in the gallery downstairs, with studio/store spaces like offices, upstairs. With the«second Thursday is the new Second Saturday» push, I’ve heard there are events or special installations, with 2nd Sat. being less involved. The downstairs shows change out monthly and I’ve seen some of the installations since the«complex» changed hands at the beginning of the summer. And they have a guitarist playing downstairs which is pretty nice too.
