I was short changed at this place by a very rude counter clerk. Maybe it’s the neighborhood? Avoid this establishment.

This place is the Valero off of Richards Blvd.
I’m a little irritated to find I was charged a debit fee of 50cents without it being disclosed. I thought the soda was awfully expensive.
