This review is only for the eyebrow threading! I’m a regular. Five dollars is pretty good compared to other threading places! The lady does an amazing job! My eyebrows be on fleeek.

The customer service isn’t all that great. But the lady who does threading is great at it. I give it three because they are very dirty and bad at answering questions

I walked in there and no one helped greeted me. I was standing there like a retard. People from way in the back sees me but continued to ignored me. I asked if they tailored and some girl told me to come back the next day. Wow. Took them 30 minutes to tell me to come back tomorrow? Um. No thanks. Zero star should be added. Was it so hard to at least greet from the beginning?

Bad customer service. My friend and I came in for bindis and she asked if we had an appointment(we said we didn’t) and stood there awkwardly. We asked if she wanted us to come back and she said yes because the other girl will be back in 30 min. So we left and came back. When we tried to open the door it was locked and she looked at us from the distance and didn’t even tell us anything. So rude !

This review is only for the Eyebrow Threading! I saw their ad in a magazine and the $ 5 eyebrow treading caught my eye. The place is conveniently located off of Highway 99 and easy to find. The lady who does the threading has a small room at the end of the shop which is an Indian clothing boutique. The woman was pleasant and took her time on my face. The service was great and I would return back again. Can’t beat the price when some places are charging almost double.

I only come here to get my eyebrows done, so this review only pertains to that. The girl who does my eyebrows always does an EXCELLENT job. She’s always super friendly and tries to talk to me the best she can even though she doesn’t seem to speak much English. The other lady who works there is also very friendly and always greets me as I come in. I was worried I would feel uncomfortable here when I first started coming, being that I am a white blonde girl, but they never have made me feel uncomfortable. Also, just to comment about having to make an appointment. She is super busy and so it is definitely necessary to make an appointment. Everytime I have been there, there have been people ahead of me and after me waiting, but I always get seen within 10 minutes as long as I have an appointment. I used to not make an appointment, and they would still see me, I would just have to wait a while around all the people who had made appointments.

As with the other reviews, I agree the customer service is not the best. Plus, prices are too high on some of these outfits. I know desis bring them down at the end, but some of the stuff is crazy and not really fashionable. I’ve gone in a few times without making an appt for the eye brow threading… didn’t think I had to… got turned away. Even though I went sometimes two hours in advance! It takes like 5 minutes to do this! I’m sorry but its not a fancy salon/spa where they are going to spend some time taking care of you… shouldn’t need an appt for threading. I’m surprised they are still in business… word of mouth spreads quickly so appreciate everyone that comes in, because you don’t know who they are going to talk to next about your store and customer service(or lack thereof).

I went to Nirmal’s looking for an outfit and I really enjoyed the customer service. The Aunties in the back, relaxing in the chairs with their legs propped up against another chair. Laughing and giggling. Socializing about life and never greeted me upon entering. I really needed a salwaar suit ASAP but really glad I didn’t bother asking the Aunty to help me. I wouldn’t want to be ridicule like Susan’s mother. The Aunty was kind enough to say«thank you for coming» as I was leaving. Typical behavior by desi people. Sad to have experience this, especially in America. Oh well, what to say? Off to the next desi spot.
